bennyman123abc
Hello everyone! First off, this is my first post to this forum and without my question, I wouldn't have bothered signing up. Now, I was disassembling GTA 3 with IDA PRO recently and noticed there were a lot of mentions of GameSpy which after doing a bit of research, it came to my attention that GameSpy "was a provider of online multiplayer and matchmaking middleware in video games."1 The question I have is whether or not GTA 3 has multiplayer and if not, was it perhaps a planned feature? Thank you for reading! ~ Ben
GTA3Claude
Planned but scrapped, you can find a handful of (unused) multiplayer maps in the mobile version's files. (Fort Staunton's construction site would have made a great deathmatch map IMHO) and multiplayer terms (like "Deathmatch" or "Frags" among many others) aswell in the .GXT files of all versions. plsdeletemyprofileN0r0k
You can also enable the Multiplayer menus with a bit of exe editing. I did it a while ago when GTA3D was at the beginning (but i was not the first one to do it)
