Question About Luxury Garage

I have a question here, is the 60 car luxury garage still available? If so, what is the bare minimum cost of it, and is the utility bill/mechanic bill still the same amount as with a normal garage? Thanks! (I may have to use a shark card to buy it as I would never be able to earn enough for something so expensive, so plz dont kill)

It's not actually one 60 car garage, it's three 20 car garages. When buying them, the first one costs $1,150,000 with the stock interior, lighting and signage.

 

The second 20 car garage will cost you $855,000 and the third one $745,000. That's a total price of $2,750,000. The custom auto shop is an extra $900,000 before you add on the unique floor pattern.

 

Can't remember about the utility bills but yeah I think they're just the same as normal.

Just wait some discounts, since their release they've been discounted two times IIRC. Play regularly, check R* newswire and stickied threads here detailing bonus and discounts...etc
