Last night i got a message from Rockstar pop up at the bottom of the screen saying they are tracking me as a possible cheater and to behave myself or else! So what happens now?

 

Its quite sad and very one sided because i don't cheat. I know why i get reported as a cheater. I'm rank 446 and i get reported when other high rankers try to kill me and fail. Or new very low rank members who don't know the game think i'm cheating for flying around an an opressor or driving around in car with bennys decals on. One chap yesterday even thought i had built and added the weaponized tampa to the game myself. lol

 

Just before the message popped up last night i had 2 different high rank CEO groups try to attack me and fail. They stalked me across the map, the abusive texts started to flood in along with vote kicks. Then i spanked a low ranker who attempted to destroy my bunker supplies. They were all obviously sore losers who reported me as a cheater.

 

Its shame that rockstar focus more on potential cheaters and not the people who false report. It must be easy for rockstar to workout who is making false reports or not. Just take a note of the people who flagged me up as a potential cheater and falsely reported me. Check to see that i'm not a cheater and the reports were false, and then punish the false reporters instead. If you make a false phone call to the police or whatever you face punishment. So why not here? The people who are obviously making false reports are the bad eggs here.

See this is why I play in FA only. It isn't full of butthurt children who can't take an L and move on. AA seems to be filled with the most angry, annoying skilless young sacks of sh*t in the GTAO community imo.

If you want the reports to cool down, might I suggest exiling yourself to solo-public and invite-only lobbies? Fool around with the R* Editor. Somehow immerse yourself in the world without others to antagonize you.

 

But if you want to make money whilst you play, that's understandable.

I've had this a few times if I remember correctly, think it might've been on last gen though. Nothing happened afterwards. I think as long as you don't cheat, you'll be fine. Unless you're on PC, since they decide to just randomly ban people and steal people's money over there.

 

I must have an absolute mountain of false reports. Just the ones I'm told about - I constantly get whiney, b*tchy texts about how I've been reported. I just return the favour and give them ui ui ui.

I've never been reported, but I've been accused lol.. the funniest one was when I was cruising around in my Insurgent pickup, it was before the custom variant become available.. but anyway I was riding around looking for someone to take the gun & found this individual beeped the horn a couple of times she got a homing launcher out at close range & tried to blow it up.. I beeped again then came a second rocket... so I thought enough of this nonsense & I ran her over... then came the torrent of abuse in the chatbox... "you are hax I use 2 rockets & the vehicle did not explode" to which I replied "check the stats for both variants of the HVY Insurgent"

 

It's funny when people don't know the game & assume that you're a cheater for knowing your vehicle.

I'm very proud of this.

I like that my reputation on Xbox live says it needs work. It's a good feeling knowing I've angered enough people that they have taken time out of their day to report me to Microsoft.I'm currently on Avoid Me and can't join friends sessions. It's frustrating but also satisfying I've made the people who reported me upset. Since May it's been a rollercoaster of orange to red to orange on the reputation graph... Naturally, I ended up spending a lot of money on muggers as a a direct result...

the amount of idiots that don't know that in a 4 year old game,it's pretty normal to be above rank 400 is just staggering.

it's a flawed system because it doesn't track down what reports are valid and those that aren't.

 

and there is nothing you can do to prove to those idiots who ask if you are legit,because the moment you say that you aren't a modder,they either don't believe you or get angry for not getting any money from you and just report.

I've even had another player ask if i was a modder for being rank 398 i was at the time. I replied, no, i've just had the game since launch. My rank isn't even that high compared to most. He replied with "Well im going to report you anyway just in case" And then a vote to kick followed shortly after. lol

 

And, yeah, the stupidity of many of the people on GTA Online is beyond shocking. I'm amazed that so many of them were able to make it past puberty.

My level 561 character jumped into an apparent public solo lobby with a group of five friends. Literally heard them shriek Get that 500 outta here! Im not losing this cargo delivery damn it!

 

Had to explain I wasnt a griefer but was tickled that two of the five were still suspicious of me.

Why? I was helping 2 new players earn money and learn the game. We were not bothering anyone and were having fun playing together. Then a group of 6 high rank players came and started attacking them and destroyed me CEO vehicle. They are the douchebags that attacked first. They deserved a good kicking. Please get a brain.

$260k is nothing really. I buy bunker supplies for $75k then deliver them down the other end of the map for a standard $210k i think it is. Plus i always sell in a full room to get bonus money. You end up with anywhere from $210k to $260k roughly. Plus i have $38 million and purchased pretty much everything anyway, so....
