As I am a golden noob, please add a detailed information related this contest.

EDIT - Creating map with objects, that will be surely 100+ objects. (100+ objects = crash) Dang.

You mean to say that we must make own architect with objects and avoid fighting in mission. And it is allowed that we make our mission on any type of theme. Am i right ?

1- Open Grand Theft Auto San Andreas.

2- Open Design Your Own Mission.

3- Start a new mission.

4- Use the objects to create a ''map'' (or whatever term you want to refer it to.)

5- The presentation of the map is up to you.

6- You cannot improve (modify/edit/etc.) an already existing building (i.e. Los Santos Police Station, Area 69, etc.)

7- If you want to create a bunker in a forest, a military checkpoint on the side of the road, a plane crash site, etc. Go for it, that's the contest.

8- Save your mission.

9- Publish your mission.

10- Upload your mission.

11- Share your mission in this topic.

12- Wait until voting time begins.

13- Vote.

14- Congratulate the winner.

15- If you still don't understand, get a brain check.

what exactly don't you people understand? I think it's pretty clear what you're required to do if you choose to participate

make a mission that ONLY contains the map which you need to make out of objects available in DYOM. no fighting, which is clearly stated in the rules. you can't modify existing buildings, which is in the rules too. that's it

if you want a more thorough example, there's a ghost town called Aldea Malvada in the desert. you can make something similar to it, but not at the exact same location

:) ohh it means there is no need of gameplay in mission..;);) only need to make a new building, site or etc. and a checkpoint. So,you can clearly analysis interior and exterior.

That is one of the many different ways to make it.

So correct me if I'm wrong, I have to design a mission related to an exterior location that I have to build it by myself using the Objects of DYOM right? Another question, can I use the interior places of DYOM? Can I make shootouts, I asked this question thrice and I didn't get an answer.

You didn't get an answer because it was already answered. In fact, it's been answered in the first post.

-Yes, you can build an exterior all by yourself using objects (that's the point of this contest)

-You can't edit/improve an already existing building (like military base, police department, CJ's house, etc.)

-You can't make shootouts

Then what should I put in the mission, gta sa is a subgenre of action shooter games, it's all centered around shootouts. What should I put in the mission, puzzle solving?

It remembers me of GalacticXp1's mission for contest #6, where theme was something like that (only 1 action objective I think). Then he designed an awesome puzzle with just objects!
