Battlefield 3 Stutters

My PC is more than capable of running Battlefield 3. I usually get a smooth 120-160 FPS, but occasionally the game stutters. Anyone know why? My specs just in case:
AMD Ryzen 5 1600X

GeForce GTX 1070

16GB DDR4

 

I also have Fast VSync turned on in the Nvidia Control Panel to stop screen tearing.
