How to sell old garage and change spawn location

How do i sell my old cheaper garage and change my spawn location to my new garage /Office

You can trade it in when you buy your new property. If you already bought it you can change your spawn location in the pause menu in the second tab I believe. I’m not sure but I think you can change it in the interaction menu also, somewhere near the bottom.

Man its not showing my new garage/office as an option as a new spawn location just shows my old garage. which i cant figure out how to sell

Also, you cant sell garages, only trade them

Thanks i Guess you have to purchase the accomadation option to make it a spawn location. I dont so much care about selling or trading in my old garage...If at all possible. I believe correct me if im wrong that you can ony trade in property if you buy a lesser property. I bought a higher property than i already have

You can have up to 6 properties, be it 2-car garages or 10-car apartments or anything in between. You can trade up or down however many times you wish; they just cant be sold.

 

As for the office, the spawn point is invaluable if you do a lot of CEO work, especially when paired with a nearby heist warp. If you dont want to spend the $900k or whatever, you could always buy a nearby apt. Del Perro is great at $200k and right across the street from MBW and Lombank. Integrity Way is near Maze and Arcadius
