Not much has passed and this one was out of stock at Rockstar Games Warehouse. Considering it was made by Rockstar Games themselves, makes it even more desirable for sure. It is not unusual to spot some of these appearing on e-commerce sites, although that doesn't mean it's an everyday treat to spot them there.
