This Liberty City's (IV) Statue of Happiness replica was firstly included as a press bonus most likely
at some of the Rockstar Games video games press conferences prior to the game release
as a gift to some of the attendees.
Later on, when GTA IV train was almost at the end of it's journey, this piece of GTA memorabilia
was included as a gift once again, but this time around it wasn't the press behind some closed doors,
but rather the players themselves participating in Rockstar Games Multiplayer Event Extravaganza
on the April 13th of 2013. Along side with the Statue of Happiness, numerous other merchandising items
could have been won simply by participating in this event.

Way after GTA IV and EFLC passed their primes, there was yet another giveaway
when this replica was directly involved in such an event by Rockstar Games in 2017.
Celebrating the bringing of " XboxOne Backwards Compatibility for GTA IV and GTA:EFLC " one lucky
Social Club member won the replica's " heart " alongside with the whole commemorative prize pack of
merchandise simply by entering the sweepstakes contest and the runner-ups didn't go empty-handed as well.

Status and Availability:

This one "pops up" every now and then on e-commerce sites. Number of SoH replicas circulating
is probably significant and that makes it rare, rather than very rare. Nevertheless, it seems pretty desirable,
given the "highly official" status, especially for those that scratch beyond in terms of Easter-eggs in games
and those that keep GTA IV Era close to their hearts-again, pun intended.

Trivia:

Numerous replicas have some strange fracture in the arm that is holding a coffee cup, yet some of them don't.
