Was he equipped with remington or spas? Cause if it's remington, then he's still too weak considering some players would have improved their CJ with longer health and stronger armor in the late game. Or maybe give the clerk longer health to make the player think he is always be prepared for this by wearing a body armor.

Good idea. It can be better if he wear a bulletproff vest. Need that skin.

And improve his accuracy too! Maybe like 75. Since he is the gun shopkeeper, he obviously has much experience when it comes to guns.
