Hell No..

Recommended Posts

I was watching a trailer of vice for memories, and i seen this scene with a car in it and i thought to myself is this in the game? I looked and i looked but its not.

Please someone tell me!!

Click on the link on go to movies, then click on the september trailer, and near the middle of it,tommy pulls a guy out of a car,(he has a blue shirt and grey jeans). This is the car i am on about (a brown colour).

It looks like the stinger from gta3. Im thinking that R* took it out the game for some reason.

But if you know please post back....

Thanks.

Looks like the banshee from GTA3. BTW, it's more towards 3/4 in the video, not 1/2. I think it looks like the stinger in GTA : Vice City, so it is in the game.

That car is in vice. it's name is (surprise, surprise) the stinger. It's the vice version of the stinger. you can find it almost anywhere on the western island just driving around the streets.

another thing to notice is just after the cuban hermes in that same movie is the car it looks like the pheonix but more like a trans-am. and besides it looks better than the pheonix. but who cares and ya that car is the stinger just with the old sports car wheels. i think they should have kept the beta look for the infurnus near the end of the same movie.

Another thing they changed (which most people probably know already) is the colors of the police cars.  Personally, I like the beta version of the police cars more than the white and green ones they decided on.

Yo Gta fans,

I seriously hate to tell yo this but the car in the trailer is not the stinger from GTAIII, but it's actually a 1970-73 Oldsmobile Cutless 442( Sabre, Turbo Sabre) that's in the game.  Rockstar Games does try to make the cars as realistic as possible but the auto manufactures do not allow their vehicles in this type of gaming atmosphere.  I am the king of cars, so why don't you get off your lazy a**es you pieces of shat!

Hey Lendawg1486,   being the self proclaimed "King of cars" I'm sure you had to know that the taillight assembly on an Olds Cutlass 442 (Sabre Turbo) is inside the rear bumper, and not situated above the rear bumper like the car in the trailer video right?  You must have also noted the pointed more aerodynamic front bumper facia on the car in the video. Not to mention there are no ragtop Sabre Turbos running around in Vice City. Hmmm.... must be a Stinger after all huh?

ps. This topic is ancient. Did you just come out of hibernation?

My theory: He wanted to sound smart.. so he looked on the net to find out what kinda car it was.. then he finally found it, and posted it, and considers himself a car god..
