Andromeda-J
you know DVD is read-only format so it's absurd to even try to mod it, install the game from 7 discs into PC and then use "copy to mods folder" option for the files you need to modify and in mods folder you replace them, if you don't understand wait for someone else, i only answered because you started spamming Edited October 19, 2017 by ACM-Jan

Dryspace
You don't mod the disk, you install the files from the disk onto your PC. Then you mod the game.
WildBrick142
I can't because it is a disk. I don't know where the gta5.exe file is or if it is even there. It's not on the disk. Even if the executable would exist on the disk, it would still not be worth the effort. To get gta5.exe, you have to install the game from the disks and then sign in to Rockstar Games Social Club through the game launcher to download the remainder of necessary data along with a few GB's worth of GTAO updates. If you have very slow internet, then it will be a while before you can finally mod the train and play the game - it's a stupid DRM measure, basically.
