what where the worst ways npcs have killed you during jobs?

NPC car pops up right in front of my truck during a contact mission. They immediately start shooting, depleting my armor. Then, the crash right in fron me and finish me off, had no chance to actually reach them that far below.

 

Whole thing took 3 secounds max. Those weren't regular gang members but highly trained ninja assassins.

Got shot out of an I/E car while doing a source mission.

Then got crushed over and over by an NPC Buzzard. Spawn. Die. Spawn. Die. Over and over and over.

 

Seriously the response by mercenaries regarding car theft is ridiculous. I understand it's an effort to deny the player easy money, but that's the best the devs could come up with? No meaningful gameplay such as a mini game to hot wire the car, just wave after wave of aimbot NPCs with jacked up health.

Cops raiding my coke lab, I chase down the jail van, force it off the road then hop out and pull the NOOSE driver from his seat. As I'm reversing to leave I manage to both rip my unclosed door off and wedge the van up onto a small boulder juuuust enough to get the drive wheels stuck off the ground. The two seconds this takes are plenty of time for the NOOSE driver to get up blast through a full health and armour bar before I have any chance to exit the van.

 

To date, my only failed raid and sole look at the BUSTED screen in 4 years of GTAO...

You can get a BUSTED screen in GTA online?

During certain events where the cops raid your biker businesses each player in the MC is given one life and if they die they're Busted and can't respawn until the remaining players finish or fail. Afaik its the only way to get Busted in GTAO.

 

 

You can get busted when inside MOC with a friend. When you reach 5 stars you get busted screen and get teleported to Davis police station.

Happened to me and my friend twice.

 

Skip to end, happens at 5min mark

When the guard walking back and fourth on the catwalk in Humane Labs Raid - Deliver EMP spontaneously decided to shoot me in the head and insta-kill me even though I wasn't in his cone of vision.

When you get close to an enemy and proceed to finish them off but your reload animation shows up out of nowhere and their shotgun shells are fresh and ready to use

and then you go for the pistol whip and you miss and get killed anyways

I know the feeling all too well

You all need to start reloading in safe moments. You never know when the next crowd of enemies will require a full Carbine clip.

Re: the Busted screen in online. I've only seen it during raids, didn't know you could be busted in the MOC. I've had it destroyed before but never busted in it.

 

 

This one was this last Sunday. Note to self, if a vehicle spontaneously despawns outside of a business, RUN!

the other day i was doing a random convoy heist setup (with randoms) and after i shot down the enemy savage with my mk II heavy sniper rifle, we blocked the bridge with our cars and i was in cover, i poked out my head to take a shot and an enemy sniped me in the head.
