You can modify a seashark by jumping it out the water and sliding into an LSC.

Why am I so slow at flying?

Because the props are extremely big giving the player the illusion they're going slow.

Played them all, and only one feature really grabbed my attention. Warp checkpoints... f*cking amazing stuff! Cannot wait for the creator!

Noticed they have been quite creative with their races too.

The baseball pitch one is quite clever.

 

I'm underwhelmed, but like you, am itching to get my hands on the props in the creator.

Built most of two races today ready for TR to come to the creator. Just need to add a few of the new props which I've left space for and I know where my transform/warp points need to go.

 

So once TR comes to the creator i only need a couple hours and I'm good to publish

Well, start by uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Then if that doesn't solve the issue, jump off a pier.

most of the races just use the same vehicles spawns over and over again like the mallard or even worse the havock.

 

i expected some other "unique" vehicles like the bulldozer or dump truck etc.

I honestly surprised by all the hate for these races. I think they great. Not only can you seamlessly transform from your personal planes and cars to bosts and helicopters, but there's special vehicles, inverted and knife flight checkpoints, parachute sections, teleportation...bicycles! Also there's come nice themes like the 80's tron map. I'm really enjoying these maps in solo alone

You got the pit part right. Los Santos is a hole. New cars keep the mouth breather fest at least somewhat exciting/interesting. This dripfeed garbage is garbage. They're dripfeeding race modes for gods' sake. This sh*t ain't the second coming of Jesse Christ. They want to keep players interested, they should try keeping players interested.

 

Another thing I can't stomach is all the bullsh*t races they have a mile above the map. They make a perfectly good map, and then are just like , "F*CK IT, LOOPS THE LOOPS IN THE SKY ABOVE LOS SANTOS LOL"

 

Just seems like flashy gimmicky garbage designed for children.

Anyone else having trouble joining the new transform races I can't join or start one

I kept getting booted offline last night when trying to join one from the TR jobs marked on the map. Only worked if i joined a race through quick job and even then a bunch of old ones like Taxiing and Criminal Records were coming up with full lobbies lol. I 3nded up just making a playlist of all the Trans races and had a full lobby almost by the third or fourth race.

I remember when RS used to make double playlists that you could join directly from the load up screen but they are too lazy to even do that anymore.

Ran-dumbs ruin another promising race type.

 

Played 3 times this morning. 3 random lobbies. 3 times I gave up and just watched from the sidelines due to pitting of not only cars but choppers, planes and waterskis.

 

Why race like men she you can just crash into EVERYTHING in a lame hope that the guy you crash with gets screwed and loses 4 positions?

For months I've been soaring through the skies and grinding so hard on Stockpile and Bombushka run. 1million a day.

 

Now I have these . Entertaining for friends to play but unless you are a god driver lvl 55 who wins each race the reward for those under are much smaller.

 

I might be bias because I was an awesome pilot but I can't drive anything without it flipping over for 4 long long long laps with no returns.

Played some more and still loving them, except for final checkpoint on Plummet III ("now three times as long!") and that f*cking Home Run.

I'm laughing the entire way with everyone behind me in my V12 Shaf but then that second to last checkpoint Rockstar decides to give all drivers of this car a middle finger

 

It's almost as if they made it that way on purpose, knowing the Schaf V12 dominates every other sports car in a straight line.

Oh and thanks Rockstar again for removing the RP cap, making what would be 5k (capped single) into 16k ("double") for winning in a full lobby.

 

I went from 890 to 895 in one not-even-that-long session. Gonna power through 900 before next Thursday.
