Character Looks different in heists, adv modes races

My character looks different in heists, adv modes, races etc. When I enter a race, heist, adv modes etc my characters' face(all body actually, totally different father-mother selection I think), hair style changes and it persist untill log off.

 

I tried changing my other character and then turn back again, log off-log-in does not solve the issue. I think it's some modders thing that did to my character but I can't solve easily. Any ideas?

Something like this happened to me when joining heists also. They actually put my girl characters head on my male characters body lol

I came out of the heist looking normal except for the pink hair lol

This is on PS4 so no modders just R doin what they do.
