This person deserves to be reported just because they got put in a heist with someone that had a cheat menu? I'd understand the report if we had solid proof that OP was the cheater who spawned them, but even then, it seems almost futile as R* support barely seems to care anyway. Oh, and OP, what exactly is the point of this thread? This isn't exactly groundbreaking new information. A Signal setup played with a Huey and a Hind. Script kiddo spawned them for us. I don't approve money drop and griefing in free roam, but vehicles spawned in PvE context has zero incidences on game balance, just remember we are able to finish any mission with or without modded vehicles.
