making cash?

i heard the easiest way to make money is CEO and inport/export. how do i do that and how much $ is it?

Minimum 2.5 million dollars to start import/export work

 

CEO office cheapest is $1,000,000

 

Vehicle warehouse, cheapest is around $1,500,000

Because you only have 40k, I'd recommend you to play a few contact missions to get 50k When you have atleast 50k in your bank you can register as a VIP and do VIP Work. Do sightseer, hostile takeover and headhunter (if you have a buzzard or a jet or something) for some easy money. You can also try and join other players heists

What you can do right now is make a playlist of all the Transform races (there are 15 of them). Play it on your own, make sure you take 8 minutes to finish for maximum cash and you'll get $16,816 x 15 = $252,240. It's a bit time consuming, but it works.
