Gamecrash when trying to access Vehicle Warehouse!

Hey peeps,

 

This issue doesn't affect me but my friend, he just bought the 1.5 mil vehicle warehouse and wanted to source some cars, but as soon as he gets the entrance cutscene to his warehouse his game crashes, and gets the "there is a problem with this session" alert messages and has to restart his GTA V because even single player fails to initiate sometimes after that.

 

More details, we as associates are able to enter his warehouse, but when he enters and drags "nearby associates" with him we crash aswell, which leads me to believe it's not a client problem rather than something with the game version or assets themselves.

 

Did anybody experience this same/similar issue? Did you manage to find a solution to the problem? If you did, did you solve it by yourself or did you by contacting support? Or does the problem still persist for you?

 

Hope you can take the time to reply, my friend is, understandably, quite disappointed.

I also have this issue, bought the warehouse today and can't enter it. I put in a ticket and got a reply saying that they are aware of the issue and are looking for a fix.

Also it might be related to that cutscene you get in the beginning with the assistant showing you the warehouse since so far only new people got that problem.

Ok my friend fixed his issue, apparently it's related to that cutscene you get while entering your warehouse for the 1st time (that's why all the new people got it). To fix it he entered his warehouse, and right at the 1st sec of the cutscene he shut of the game before it could crash, that counted as the cutscene being viewed and therefore not being played again. Now he can enter his warehouse no issues.

I dont know if its me being on ps4, but that fix does not seem to work for me. my game doesnt crash, but rather says there has been an error and sends me back to story mode

I got it. Source a vehicle then bring it to the warehouse. When pulling in bring up menu go to online and leave gta online but dont press until the assistant is coming out the door.
