I doubt the Taxi drivers would ever manage to drive you from one island to another without getting stuck in a tree. As you'd be able to drive there in 2 minutes, but have to watch the AI stop at every red light for 20 minutes. Also, the AI does pretty well on itself with a car, but there are some places where they get confused by other cars and stuff, and scenario isn't a big deal, it's not like they have to drive a limo, or a bus or something. And yeah, that could be one of the reasons why they cut bus rides early in Beta. Luke Ferris Posted November 9, 2017 Share Posted November 9, 2017 On an idle day, I get Niko to walk up and kick the door of a taxi stuck in traffic. The taxi driver will come out in a rage and chase Niko. If you can get Niko near a cop or cop car and let the taxi driver take a swing at him, the cops will arrest the taxi driver and take him off in a cop car. He gets accused of having illegal weapons, maybe stolen credit cards. Sometimes other taxi drivers will jump out and join in the chase.
