difference between the shotgun and the baretta

I couldn't find a thread on the same topic I'm doing, so instead, I'm making a topic about the difference of those 2 guns and I wanna know the perfect gun I should use.

Shotgun - Higher Damage, Better At Medium Range

Baretta - Lower Damage, Not As Good As Range, Shoots Much Faster

If you rapidly crouch up and down while firing, your shotgun will transform into a baretta.

There is no Beretta in GTA4. You probably mean the Desert Egale aka Combat Pistol.

I use the Combat Pistol only for drive-bys since it makes lots of damage and is pretty fast. On foot however i prefer the Combat Shotgun. Its faster, makes more damage and is more reliable.

But the perfect gun in GTA 4 is the M4, or Karabiner. It is very accurate, has a high range and makes quite a lot damage.

I think he thinks the Combat shotgun is the Beretta.

In the Simple Native Trainer weapon menu, I think it's labeled as Baretta.

It was. Dunno why they did it like that though since it's obviously a Remmington but oh well!
