GTA V Rear Ligth Vehicle Trail?

Hello!

 

Does anyone know how to "activate" that light effect trail in the rear of the vehicles? It is only accessible by Franklin Special Ability.

What I mean with "activate" is, is it a prop? is it a effect? is it a screen effect? Any information is apreciated, because I really can't find anything realted to it, or at least I am missing something obvious!

Cant find anything in natives, screen effects, particle effects, vehicle mods, light props...
