This thread was originally created by @ric4rd094, previously continued on by @Reyks and @Junior_Djjr, and it serves as a Mod Index for III, Vice City and San Andreas. Here you can find links to all sorts of modifications that improve the game, you can also discuss mods, fixes, etc. down below and request them to be added to the index (as long as they aren't broken). NOTE: Always make backups! Some of the mods might not be compatible with each other!

Well,good work but will need a lot of work to reach the previous mod index.

But they arent less compressed faithful sounds, those are conversion from another games, dont think it fits gta perfectly or this thread.

This topic is now about mostly essential mods and tools. Like total conversions, fixes, beta content, and faitful texture recreations in higher quality.

 

True, but weapon sounds are very good, i remove everything except for weapon and feet sounds.

I can't stress enough the importance of this fix, not because i made it, but because it prevents the gang AI from being Dumb as a rock, everyone should have this, so no gangbangers run away in the middle of shotouts or walk around slowly smoking a joint while surrounded by the corpses of all his buddys.

 

Please add it, i feel this simple mod is my biggest contribution to this community.
