Hunter: 1 or 2 person helicopter?

With the 3499 Hangar being on sale at the moment, I am interested in buying it now. I always wait on sales like these and I'm only interested in the Hunter anyway. I don't think R* will go lower than a 25% discount.

Anyway I am a Solo player only. Will I be able to fly the Hunter and use all weapons on my own? Or is this going to be an useless helicopter that requires a second player to use the guns? If it is, then I'm not going to invest in a Hangar anyway.

The only thing that can't be used on your own is the nose gun.

But you can use the Homing Rocket, Barrage missiles, Flares and Bombs on your own. These all more than make up for the gun.

Thank you very much! I'm really looking forward to the Hunter now.

I would suggest you try it in the Smugglers Run missions before you buy.

I find it the least satisfying to fly of all the aircraft in GTA (past and present). It's very slow, but also very difficult to manoeuvre, so although it's well stocked with weapons, you might find it hard to use them effectively.

^^ BS, sorry (except the tip to try it ofc), no offence, but you don't know what you're talking about or else you're absolutly talentless in helis (looking at the plane in your avatar pic). The Hunter is a charm to fly, agile and pretty fast. It's a beast on its weaponside and will be tougher than the Cargobob. It sounds like to fall in love with. And no, Im not a fanboy of the Hunter, I'm helisexual in general and my love goes to the Buzz *cough cough*. But I enjoy every second flying the Hunter in its missions for now until I grab my own.

I'm sorry, but do you think the Havok or the Buzzard are slow too? Because the Hunter has slightly more thrust than both, and slightly less thrust fall off (meaning it's capable of being faster) - at the same time, the pitch angle is the same for all three aircraft. This is talking about the aircraft in stock form, and I'd assume most people will be using Race Handling with the Hunter, which should then bring it's other handling items (yaw and roll) on par or maybe better than the Buzzard.

Unfortunately the mission variants of some aircraft are changed in some ways (like limited speed, more/ less explosive resistance, etc) so it's not a good basis for what she's gonna' be like.

when compared to savage, hunter trades 2 passenger over superior weaponry along armour and speed

however savage lets rear passenger use combat MG or explosive sniper (granted, savage's difficulty to flown can affect the gunner's aim)

Do the stockpile IV adversary mode to train your missile barrage on other aircraft.

The Wandering Hunter

the great thing about the hunter is that it's a lethal chopper with only a pilot, and a gunner makes it a flying spawn killing machines.
