Just want to see everyone's opinions and story's

 

Happened just before i got TP'd and the whole server did as well by an invisible character and got blamed because I'm lvl 450 then apparently somebody took a screenshot of me aimboting which is just stupid because if you do use that crap you have no skill and plus i didn't even fire a bullet in the server since i just got on there .... then maybe a min or so later my car drives off on its own so i know somebody tried to make a false Allegation against me

 

So now i have to wait it out and if there is a report and see if R* do anything *sigh* ......what a pain in the bum..... but if it does pass well I'm going to have to contest it or its on to 5mp

I unlocked explosive sniper rounds on day one and literally the first jet I took down I got "reported" text. He didn't know the explosive rounds were a thing.

Didn't get reported, that I know of, just the other day I was taking explosive sniper shots at a <100 level in a lazer from my yacht at Zancudo, missed the second shot, quickly turned AA defenses on, he got blown up and raged at me for hacking over mic.

 

I was like this has been in the game nearly 2 years AND we're on PS4, there are no hackers.

 

I know we're an unusually informed bunch on the forum, but seriously?

Just avoid playing GTAO on PC, it will be fine

New blood joins to GTA:O (I rarely see a character higher than lvl 300 these days), everything seems to be hard to them, so they naturally think everyone with a high level is a "modder".

I think, it's the best move in this situation.

 

Usually, I teleport to my appartment to prevent explosions, try to identify a real hacker and report him ASAP.

- If I have any props on me - I quit the game (since they transfer from session to session)

- If there are no props - I change the session

 

Reports are actually taken into account, so you should try to avoid them if possible.

(sorry, no english) - he installed a mod menu and deliberately asked random players to report him. He got banned for a month, but only after a while - it's not instant.

 

However, the guy was using an actual cheat. I'm not too sure how it applies to the non-modded game.

Oh yeah, that sort of stuff is exactly why I'm quitting, uninstalling the game and selling it to Gamestop once NG is cracked.

I remember being 200 and harassed in literally almost every session on LG. 'Are you modder?' 'Money drop pls' 'Hacker!'

I hate to imagine how it'd be with me in my 700s.....

i responded and basically told them that 1st of all i just joined the session and second of all just because someone is high level doesn't mean they're cheating.

 

And then i told them that theyre stupid because the game is 5 years old and its a shame that anyone isnt ATLEAST level 250 by now

I get accused of aimbot and triggerbot every session I'm in but don't really care since I know I don't and stream my gameplay.

 

I tell accusers my stream info but most refuse to watch and continue saying ignorant things.

I was talking in game a few days ago with friends and some guy told me to be quiet. So I told them to mute me and instead of being smart and muting me they continued to go on and on telling me to be quiet. Lots of ignorance online.

 

Also I get kicked from jobs for being a level 780. Not my fault I have played for 4 years and have a high level. Some players were rank 120 in the first week GTA online was out. Also not my fault it takes next to nothing to level up.

Getting reported does not really do anything except get you bad sport points. And no one gets bad sport points on PC, I am pretty sure. Its very easy to get reported by simply killing players for fun. At one point, I was trying to get into bad sport just to wear the hat. Pretty sure getting kicked and reported right after for blowing up business stuff is how I finally got there.

 

I am sure there is someone out there who has had a consequence other than bad sport by getting reported. Its just really uncommon. Also, I dont play PC because I cant stand all the menu users. At this point, you assume the risk playing on pc because it a well known problem that R* cannot solve. Many peple claim to have been falsely banned on pc. Except most of these people have "cheated" by doing money glitches. So it ends up they are getting screwed for what amounts to a parking ticket, but we all know we are risking getting caught when doing glitches.

 

I once had a message on xb1 saying "you are being tracked for cheating," but I wasnt cheating, just bsting noobs. Nothing ever came of it.

Just the small additional option I would like to share in this well crafted guide,

 

- if you're too lazy to restart the game, I find that going back to the single player and reload a last save file will actually trigger a faster than usual loading screen, that will eliminate any props/objects that were spawned on the map by cheaters. After that you can join back into on-line without a worry.

It's crazy. I got the 'we're tracking you as a possible cheater' the other day. And now by xbox accnt is 'reputation needs work'

 

I know players are trying to hurt my accnt , cuz jelousy is a mofo, so now I'm thinking to changes my settings to 'child settings' so I won't be able to get messages and get into arguments were I have to 'explain my self' each & everytime, i destroy somebody.

Yes. It's going too far. Last night I logged on for like 15 minutes.

Freemode top speed in a land vehicle event pops. I say what the Hell. Grab the Zentorno and head south out of Paleto Bay. I take the win with 127 mph.

And get MULTIPLE messages accusing me of cheating. The runner up posted a high of just over 90. It was pathetic.

Last time was Criminal Damage with my Buzzard and my score was only 350k. Same results tho.

Not as relevant as OP's discussion, but I usually get people threatening me via in-game SMS that they'll hack me because I beat them in combat or told them that they drive like idiots, and on PS4 of all platforms.

Not my fault there's plenty of braindead people in the GTA V community. If anyone kicked their brain into gear, they'd see I've been a forum member for 11 years, and if I joined the forum at a ripe virgin age of 10, I'd still be well out of school by now. (I didn't join when I was 10)

 

Maybe "go back to school" would've been a more intelligent retort. Either way, it doesn't get around the idea that the K/D ratio posted - supposedly legit - really doesn't seem it. If that person's got 50,000 player kills to their name I might be tempted, but not without any more info.
