DK22Pac Posted October 11, 2017 Share Posted October 11, 2017 Yes. There's d3d8to9 module for DX8 games (including GTA 3 and GTA VC), so you can create great things. So many great modders who've done so many things, yet that's the biggest thing that's missing to enhance III's graphics. (like in gta sa enb 0.369) For peds,cars,lampposts,trees,buildings.Used full coll model files,to best rendering the shadow map.
