[IDEA] New radio stations in Liberty City ( By advertising throughout Liberty City )

How about adding new radio stations to Liberty City?
In GTA 3, there were always a few genres of music on radio stations. Namely: Jazz, Rock'N'Roll and others...
I do not propose to add absolutely new radio stations or from any GTA HD universe. In Liberty City, you can find ads for some radio stations that you can not listen to.

It is likely that the station plays Soul/R&B/Jazz music.
