It should be a no-brainer with or without discount, it is a must get air vehicle.

save your money and don't equip the gun ....useless

Spend it on flares or chaff instead, unless you have the carbon prop in back you'll be an easy target for XXXYOLO420SNIPEZXXX with his chrome missile launcher

Yesterday I was able to kill a player with a machinegun on this thing :)

The thermal helmet glitch makes it easier to aim but a bit harder to navigate.

 

It's too slow to be practical in most situations, but it's a very unique vehicle. Buy it

I was on the fence, but after this thread and the discount, I'll pull the plug... Will put it in my storage though, Visually it's not very pleasing IMWO... :-)

But from a practical point of view (due to this thread): wow.. :-)

Yeah ikr! This thread is really helping me out on my final decision. I think later when I'm home, I'm going to purchase it!

Yes it's possible but the odds need to be heavily stacked in your favour, I was flying over a LVL 5 just now seeing wether he needed any help to get some cash together, he agreed (sounded around 11-12yo) then for no reason thought it would be hilarious to fire flares at me and then try and hit me with a shotgun, mistake, after a couple perfectly lined up strafing runs he was down then was convinced I must be a hacker, which confirmed my long standing belief that I should just not bother trying to be nice in this game anymore, nice guys finish last it seems.

 

Back on topic though I love my ultralight, for when I'm done making decent money in the server and I just want to relax and take a step back, it's perfect for just gliding round and admiring the sheer beauty of the game in general, wether it's aerial dogfights of about 5 hydras, that one guy who thinks he can annihilate the entire LSPD, or tryhard sniper battles on vespucci beach, then i slowly and sneakily (OTR With carbon prop remember) glide over to Blaine county and just admire the beautiful scenery.

 

Then I check the killfeed and map for any griefers, back to zancudo to hop in my hydra or pyro to dish out my own brand of game balancing, nobody can complain oppresors are op when there aren't any left to complain about can they?

If you got a lot of cash, its a must buy for the OTR capabilities and the fact its a cool aircraft.

The whole point of this thread was to help me decide and I can officially announce that I BOUGHT IT!!! I did end up spending like 1.2 mil but still happy I got it!

I mean, 375k suddenly turned into 1.2 mil with upgrades so yeah. But I'm enjoying it so far. Currently got 40.3 mil so nothing to worry about :)
