Struggle and save money doing the activities listed on the links above just like everyone did on low level.

 

OR

 

Sell something

Mow the lawn

Wash your parent's car, dishes and do houseworks for one week and ask for a higher pocket money

 

Then buy a shark card.

Or just play the game instead of giving up at level 30 lol. GTAO can be a grind but if you're giving up on trying after what such a short time...
