Issues with Ped Models In 3ds Max

I don't know where i'm supposed to post this, but i'm having trouble importing a peds into 3ds max, i only have these file extensions/types:

yft

ymt

ytd

ydd

i used ytdydryddyft2txddffcol.exe individual on each one, i combined each one with the other, and i combined them all together but i got a DFF file, that isnt the right file size and when i import it i get this big white mat, instead of the model that i wanted.

its a modded model so i dont know if i can import it but can i have some help???

It would be great if you could suggest a program that can open ped models that isnt Zmodeler thanks
