Anyone else had this bullsh*t now. Apparently I can't buy supplies unless they are at zero otherwise I get this message.

 

Doesn't seem to have a problem charging me for them though...

Nope, I can purchase supplies at any time for my bunker and coke factory

 

If I have bought supplies, then try buying them again before the original lot have arrived, I do get a message come up

Mine just tells me so can't buy supplies and charges me every time I click the f*cking button, so that's cool...
