DeBedenHasen
This topic is closed. 'Sup, Forums!I've recently discovered that I can make huge amounts of money with little to no effort. In conclusion, I now have to make some serious choices. Since it can't buy everything at once, I need some help with the choices. Here they are: Cargobob or Hydra Office renovation or Hangar renovation Grotti X80 Proto or Nagasaki Shotaro A yacht* or Standard Luxor I'm actually planning on getting all of the above, so I'm only going to make a list with the primary option first and then the secondary option...Thanks.* Here are the stats I'm talking about: Base model "The Orion" Base model "Chrome Fittings" Blue, Type Vivacious Color scheme "Intrepid" (Row 4, Column 3) Total Price: $7,160,000 P. S.: So, I know all this sounds "a little" pretentious, but I have plans... Edited October 7, 2017 by DeBedenHasen

ash-274
Yes. Even the yacht-fans, like me, s*** on the Orion (Though I can't recommend a yacht of any kind for someone in your situation, either) Cargobob or Hydra Office renovation or Hangar renovation Grotti X80 Proto or Nagasaki Shotaro A yacht* or Standard Luxor Cargobob can actually help make money with Import/Export as (with practice) you can airlift all your cars and avoid the aimbot NPCs below and deliver cars faster and with little or no damage. The Hydra, in addition to being a griefing tool for griefing tools is a great choice for most of the Smuggler acquisition missions. Office and Hangar interiors are purely aesthetic (except the Hangar workshop, which I strongly recommend). Wait and do them when on sale, as those aren't infrequent I have more fun on the Shotaro than I ever did with the X80 in freeroam. That's just my preference. NEITHER. The standard Luxor is pointless. The Orion is insanely pointless, and the other two yachts are strictly for expensive fun (and a few non-monetary glitches). These should not be considered unless you are no longer budgeting your purchases.

I've now created the following list: Cargobob Hangar Interior Office Interior Nagasaki Shotaro Grotti X80 Proto Hydra Once the budget is there, a yacht Probably the standard Luxor Again, thank you very much. ash-274

Prince_Polaris
Why is the Orion so bad? Edit: nevermind lol I see now, it's the lame stock one Edited October 7, 2017 by Prince_Polaris
ash-274
Why is the Orion so bad? Edit: nevermind lol I see now, it's the lame stock one For a $1,000,000 savings with an Orion you lose ANY helicopter, you lose 1 or 3 SeaSharks (jet skis), you lose the freaking jacuzzi (a crime against everything a superyacht stands for), and instead of a choice of classy gentleman’s teak speed boat, you get the “Miami stepdad’s” version of harbor trash. I already owned a Swift Deluxe and Speeder, so a Pisces would bring me nothing new. I like the better-looking bridge of the Aquarius (despite limiting the access to the bow to only the middle deck) and the placement of the canvas shades. If you want to play Piracy Prevention, the Pisces is the easier one to defend, but I’ve defended my Aquarius and taken over others’ Pisces, plus it’s pretty rare to see that play out in freeroam any more and many players ignore it or snipe with Explosive rounds, so the ship design is less important. Yeah, part of the reason I hate the most expensive one is the autistic looking Toro it comes with, and the fact that there's more clutter on deck to make landing my Tula harder on the front helipad. ash-274

The first place I landed my Tula was my Aquarius’ bow helipad, with no issues.Technically, the Orion provides the most surface area for landing aircraft (front and rear helipads, massive canvas area in front of the bar, most available space above top deck around the skinniest mast). A good group of pilots could land 4-5 aircraft on an Orion.
Forza Harrd
I don't think OP understands what making huge amounts of money means. Cargobob or Hydra (question should be Jetsam or regular 'Bob? Hydra or PV Starling? Or Hydra for quick transport and Rogue for dogfighting?) Office renovation or Hangar renovation (I renovate my offices every time I'm bored) Grotti X80 Proto or Nagasaki Shotaro (BOTH. But buy Buzzards for both characters first) A yacht* or Standard Luxor (If you want to fly a jet, steal a Luxor from LSIA every once in a while. Buy the middle priced yacht and fully upgrade it (but change upgrades every once in a while so you don't get bored looking at the same bourgeois color scheme. Piracy Prevention is fun btw)).
