Questions about rockstar content cretor modding

Anyone can answer me to that 5 questions? :
1) How to make a job with modded title or description? I know missions from carloscodhd, and he make title and description for his missions like "~r~Youtube~g~Carlos~B~codHD, but if i make title of job with that symbol (~), this symbol got replaced with (-), so i need help
2) Anyone know how to change weather in missions to snow, or smh? Carloscod, and other guys making jobs with light snow weather, but how?
3) One guy from xbox360 make video, where he show how he delete the doors in Michael'house by using his tool, and after he delete the doors he can make mission with enterable Michael's House. He selling his tool, but his tool only from xbox 360, but i'm PS3 user, so i wanna know, how to do it?
4) How to put modded weapons to the content creator? Also, this guy who delete doors from michael's house, make a video, and he put railgun and stungun to his creator, and after he transfer his mission to xbox one, everyone who play this job can pickup stun gun and railgun. How? I tried to replace Pistol hex value in fm_capture_creator.csc with stun gun hex value but this method don't work.
5) 2-3 months ago i saw the video, and in this video guy show his modded mission with ground with snow, like in christmas, but how?

1) There's a few symbols in the descriptions that get replaced with other symbols. Not sure why or how to stop it.

2) Mods on PC = no problem. On XB1 and PS4 it's some sort of glitch I believe but I'm not 100% sure

3) The creator on 360 and PS3 is totally falling apart. It's a huge mess. Stay away.

4) No idea.
