alexander1049
I just tinted my vehicle, and I realized that there are many tiny circles(or dots) on the window in first person mode. However, it differs from vehicle to vehicle. For example, Huntley S does not have annoying dots but Alpha has annoying dots on it. Does anyone know what this is? Gaffa
This might be stupid, but is the vehicle dirty?
REXX
This might be stupid, but is the vehicle dirty? OP this is your answer. Dirt can be seen easier on darker colors. Even driving around in a just-cleaned car will show up dirt on the windows in about a minute. Pedinhuh

My vehicle is not dirty; I just drove off from my garage and some vehicle has annoying circular shapes Would you check your vehicles as well please? If it does not bother you! You'll have to chat with the PC folks for that though

Malibu Club
I've always thought that was just part of the tinted window textures

Prince_Polaris
Off the top of my head, I can remember that the Roosevelt has 'dirty' tint. I always assumed the older cars had messy tint and the newer cars had nicer tint.
Gaffa
I'm just wondering whether different Texture or Shader settings for PC users has any effect on the result?
DarkFlame588
I think it is just a problem with older cars. Has always been like that since I can remember and it is really annoying. PS3/4.
Pedinhuh
Have you tried to take your car to the car wash? Could be dirt. Also, some cars get dirtier faster than others.
MrTroubleMaker
I play on PC/PS4 and xbox, all have this issue. Its just the low res texture R* used on the windows. Having them darker only shows the imperfections easier. Only a few vehicles use material shading on the windows to darken them, they don't have this issue. vagner is a good one for dark windows. I stopped using the limo dark because of this, use the dark smoke instead, it has less issues but is lighter. alexander1049
Well, it's not the case. I use i7-6700K and GTX 980 Ti and all working fine. If it's the case, R* is doing something wrong I guess it's common phenomenon to all users
