Any ideas of how can I change the water height of gta 3?

Any ideas how can i change the water height of gta 3 so it will be flooding liberty city!

Edit waterpro.dat or find a mod that does that.

If you want to flood poor LC, you'll need to change not only the height, but also the holes in the water (ever wondered why subway stations aren't flooded? lol) Use that ^. Make a totally black .bmp in paint (I think it's 128x128px but check for yourself, use that tool, select the colour and set water height to whatever you desire. (I think it's 6 by default)

Thanks i Did it but the water is transparent!The water isn't there the texture!What to do?(EDIT)Ill mess around more with it,BTW i had that already and still have it on my pc the editor just had troubles with using it but now i kinda don't!Appreciated the help ^_^(EDIT AGAIN)Thanks...GOT THE HANG OF USING IT XP XDDDDDD!LOL
