If I transfer my bunker, can I keep the upgrade?

I bought the most expensive one though would be good to get closer the city. However I found it's so crowd and not east to access the high way makes me want to move to the west near the sea. Do I keep the upgrade if I move?

I have Thompson, trust me it is best one all things considered.

 

As I remember, you keep things like gun safe and weapons locker. But I'm for sure that you lose staff, equipment and security upgrades.

 

You won't lose research completed, but any in progress as well as stock in progress will be lost.
