when does bad sport timer reset?

I have played gtao for many years but 2 months 2 days ago i wentto bad sports. all my fault for being a d**k

 

anyway, i served my time and when i logged on yesterday around 5pm i had one day left (UK) I logged on just now and it is still at 1 day. does it go by usa time or something else? I am due to be out today

Every time you go into bad sport your time doubles. So you are right around the 64 day mark. If you know exactly the day and time you went in , it should be exactly 64 days after that.

If you are not out after that you may want to contact R.

It just goes by time. It doesnt matter us or uk. If it says 1 day it should be 24 hours.

Were there any hours after the 1 day or it said exactly 1 day?

I've heard people say that the timer has glitched out in the past so it may be something that happened to you also. One thing that maybe can help is to get your friends to commend you

Hmm it should show you the hours too.

I guess its possible there are hours but just not showing it. It should be no more than 2 days from when you looked yesterday if it said the same thing.

See what happens after 5.

Rockstar wont do anything to help bad sport in my experience. I was put in there through no fault of my own and they couldn't do anything - they even claimed my account wasn't even flagged for BS.

Qutting the game or switching sessions fixes it.

Maybe try clearing cache or try doing some jobs and see if you end up in a clean lobby.

Make sure you are saving vids incase you have to go to R even though like mentioned above, they may not help you.

At least its counting down, you might have a few hours left, idk.

Well I fired off a ticket and got the usual automated response so no help at all. If it has glitches GTAO is over for me I guess

I bet you've got one more day to go. The hours apparantly don't show (I don't know, never been there, never will), so when the "days" reached zero you had less than 24hrs left. The timer probably said 0years,0months,0days,23hours,59minutes, 59seconds and still be counting down, but you can't see the hours.

Another reply why say override for 2 months as if I behave i should be out permanently I don't get it ....

What that means is that he will get put into clean lobbies for 2 months, then after that, he will be sent straight back to bad sport. If he blows up a lot of cars or gets reported several times within that period, the bad sport sentence will increase.

 

Whatever the Rockstar staff are on, I'm never, ever taking it.

I will keep asking on the ticket but it seems they don't care. I understand being in BS I hold my hand up i deserved it but surely once sentence is over you should be back in clean lobbies as long as you don't misbehave.

The way that I read it, if you stay clean for the 2 months, you will stay out of VS

 

If you start blowingbup PV's you will go back in

I don't know what they're up to either way, but don't take that nonsense about "we're unable to adjust bad sport statistics" as that's total rubbish.

 

If a script/ mod/ cheat/ hack menu that's on Xbox360, PS3 and PC could get you out of bad sport, then Rockstar Games themselves certainly can. Or maybe it's another failed case at how the "hackers" are always one step ahead of everyone else.

Sorry but nothing is clear. I will be going back and asking AGAIN that why is the a one time overide for 2 months when I am now a clean player as I have served my time. If I do nothingto earn BS points then my clean lobby place should be permanent. Basically this one time overide means I can enjoy it for 2 months with friends but after working with them after 2months even if I stay clean I am back in BS? How is this fair? Basically I can have the game back for 2 months but after that even if I am 100% clean I get put back in BS? If this really is the case then I am done totally with R* and GTAO

I am beginning to feel that what with money wipes, this BS issue and non stop problems with the game it isn't worth it anymore which is a shame as it is my 'go to' game for a bit of fun. Personally I have never cheated or modded. My only 'claim' is being a BS which I fully accept and was willing to serve my time but now I am so peeved with R* so called 'support' I actually do not care anymore and would willingly have my account modded with money and vehicles

 

No wonder people turn to this route as the whole set up is unfair
