Need help with this Tank Handling!

Hey guys, so i'm trying to make this realistic tank handling, i need the tank to reach a maximum speed of 60 KM/H

but the original tank only has 1 gear (and it reaches top speed pretty fast) i'm trying to make my tank 6 gears, each gear must change every 10KM/H

each gear should last about 2 seconds

1st - 0 to 10km

2nd - 10 to 20KM

3rd - 30 to 40KM... and on etc
