No pics but I don't mind a bit of parachuting in free roam away from the weaponized chaos of LS and just taking in that view. If I see a Parachuting job pop up, I'll stop what I'm doing and join it.

On topic tho, a 'leisure' dlc would be great, we need much more stuff to do than just fetch and carry jobs and racing. I'd love to see some underwater photography type missions, they'd have to put the marine life in and make them unkillable tho.

I've been known to spend quite a bit of time in my hot tub on the yacht with my defenses on with a bounty. So relaxing.

I like the urban golfing.

Due to lack of feature of having a golf club and ball, i use flares, grenade launchers and hand grenades to hit various targets on predefined courses and move on foot.

I do a lot of cruising around and sports. Even completely do a lap around SA on my Endurex Race Bike or go up Chilliad on my Scorcher. Makes you really appreciate the little things GTA Online and that not everything needs to be blown up to have fun!

I think doing things like that in Online with friends is time well spent. Cruises, road trips, hikes, baya are all things we love to do in Online with our group of friends. More of that is never enough. Leisure/Luxury/Quality of Life DLC would be appreciated.

 

Introducing activites which reward you with collectibles, funds, archievements (Maybe in physical form like statues or portraits in various safehouses, classic Vice City style), unlocks, bonuses etc.

 

Also take that opportunity to thicken the interaction menu up with a couple of new features, changing things behind the scenes, dynamic interiors (stilt houses which feel more like Franklin's Vinewood house, with open interiors rather than a blue marker, giving access to garden & pool, more interactions with the gameworld, taxi jobs so on and so forth.

 

Turning Online into a RP direction, like Single-player, might just help break the grinding cycle for some people and inject some productivity, cooperation and pro activeness in the perpetual deathmatch that is free roam. Fun should already start at simply existing in the open world. Features which encourage a contemplative behavior would be appreciated.

Another favorite leisure activity is flying under bridges with my Dodo.

 

If we had the same options as back in SA I'd spend all my time eating and going to the gym. Why tf is there all these spots to work out we can't use?

I love doing roadtrips with my manana or my chino or riding my mountainbike all the way from del pero up mount chilliad. Sadly noone plays golf or tennis anymore, id love a good old tennis match.

I mostly just hop into GTAO nowadays and fly around like a maniac for about 15-30 minutes before logging off again. Seems like an odd definition of leisure when typing it out now. I find it oddly calming to be using a 50s jet fighter as a stunt plane. There's just something satisfying about the freedom of flight.

 

Calling up Mors Mutual to reclaim said jet fighter after stupid stunts is not as satisfying, however.

 

 

The same could be said for just driving around. It's a nice way to spend a few minutes, just hopping into a favourite car and hitting the road along with admiring the beautiful scenery in this game.

But if you perfrorm the "leisure" activity with a crew - it brings the game to a whole new level.

haha, I can invite you to a round Grenade tennis - pretty fun little DM a friend made ages ago (PC). Caged on a tennisground and nothing else then ... well, Grenades and Grenadelaunchers

I love competitive Parachuting R* jobs (no weps, obviously) and me and friends compete to pull off the best stunts and biggest score. I haven't lost yet somehow, probably because my friends are sh*t at pulling the rip cord or sticking the landing and not face planting.

I'm not talking about any GTAF members (REXX), so don't yell at me for bragging

Excellent thread idea.

 

Gunrunning gave me the freedom to do whatever I want without worrying about money anymore... I just take off, do whatever I want & come back in 2½ hours for a quick 200k. So I've doing a lot of stuff I used to do in SP. I often go out cruising in the country side, take my Trophy truck for some Baja role-play, simply floor it & see how far I can get in the Elyisan bridge without creating or simply do some trucking & get paid for it (Haulage) .... MOC cabs are the best.

 

I love flying around, The Alpha & Howard are so much fun to fly around in without worrying about every idiot firing HR at me.

 

Parachuting is a lot of fun too, especially in Paleto Bay with all the trees lol.

 

I intend to go boating soon.
