Will red dead revolver characters be in red dead redemption 2

Yes in online, to do with character creation eg. mum and dad, grandmother and grandfather

It defends if Rockstar considers Revolver as part of Redemption's timeline or not, which is a bit doubtful since Revolver had a more over-the-top and cartoonish western feel to it. There were also a couple of supernatural elements in it if I remember correctly (one of the things that Rockstar downplayed once they took over from Capcom).

 

However, I do think some Revolver characters were mentioned in some of Redemption's campfire stories. Seeing an elderly Red Harlow in RDR2 would be pretty badass.

I think so. Disregarding the cartoon like style of revolver, I do think dependingnon the timeline maybe we will come to find out some of the revolver characters are related with redemptions or be old friends... think for example, red harlow with uncle/john marston / the native being related to shadow wolf.

My assumption is Easter eggs. Nods. And possibly a model online. If the parental system makes a come back maybe he can be your characters father.

 

Nothing too strong within the story. Red Dead Revolver doesn't seem to get the credit as part of the series. Much more like a seperate universe like the 2D GTA being different to the 3D and 3D to HD etc.
