So i noticed that Saints Row: 1 and Saints row: G.O.O.H. are backward compatable now. I think that makes all Saints Row titles now playable on the Xbox One, Finally!

R* clearly fighting fire with fire - they've only gone and made Table Tennis backwards compatible - !!

^^ I just checked their websight. Both the OG Xbox and Xbox 360 versions of GTA:SA are gonna become BC, along with Midnight Club: LA and R* games Table Tennis on June 7th.

What do you think of the soon to be officially announced Forza Horizon 4? We know it's coming this year, but we don't know anything else about it. I'm kinda worried about where it'll take place, because for much of the build-up it was generally agreed to be Japan (awesome) but now there's rumors it's going to be the UK (significantly less awesome). A leaker who had successfully leaked E3 2016 ahead of time basically said it was Japan, and I hope he's right. UK would just be boring, especially since we've already done Europe and we haven't gotten to Asia yet.

Japan for FH4 would be pretty good - you need a place where there's a decent amount of variety in scenery, a healthy car enthusiast scene, and traffic laws that make racing viable. All of those describe Japan to a tee - and likewise rule out the UK on every count.

I can't remember where, but I saw some concept art supposedly for a FH game set in Hong Kong - if not Japan, then that'd also be a really good candidate.

Sort of - predictably, the backwards-compatible version is the anniversary mobile port (i.e. the current 360 version). If you have the original Xbox game, you won't be able to transfer saves - you basically just get permission to download the anniversary version.

Yeah, i know. I just think its good that they're doing both, for those who don't want to be forced to play the inferior mobile port that was passed off as a 10th anniversary edition. I own both on disks. I also never expected us to transfer our saves from OG Xbox to Xbox 360, but it's cool that R* are letting people have the newer version for free i guess.

I just hope the OG Xbox Version of GTA:SA works better on XB1 than it did on XB360. I had tons of issues with draw distance being terrible where entire parts of the map wouldn't load when you're flying a plane really fast. It made that game unplayable.

I wonder if GTA:3 and GTA:VC are gonna be added in the near future?

I had a feeling we'd get AC Russia eventually given we got the others; and I've played Sonic and Lego Indy in the past but it is nice having them on Xbox!

You killed me.  I went running to the store, then remembered I have a digital copy of S.A.  it isn't on my "ready to install list".  I check the store and isn't there either.  I then went to the link in your post and realized...it isn't a BC title for the Xbox one.

No, it is! It's just taking a while to show up, apparently. All three of Midnight Club L.A., Table Tennis and the 360 mobile port of San Andreas are backwards-compatible as of some point today, but the roll-out's been somewhat erratic (I've seen some people able to download it in the last few hours, at least).

Yeah, It's honestly pretty pathetic. The exclusives for the Xbox One SUCK! All we get is crappy indie games or games that get stuck in development hell. PS4 on the other hand gets games like God Of War and Spider-Man. THANK GOD Crash Bandicoot: The N.Sane Trilogy is coming to the Xbox One. If it wasn't for the fact that I've spend hundreds of dollars on this console and the games, i probably would've traded it in for a PS4 forever ago. Basically, the only saving grace i can say for the Xbox One is that the backward compatibility is great, especially where we don't have to pay for the games that we already own, unlike PS4.

 

Speaking of backward compatibility, the GTA:SA mobile port is garbage and I'm dissapointed that we can't play the OG Xbox version, while PS4 gets the PS2 port.

I’m really not surprised at this point anymore. To be honest, I gave up on the Crackdown series ages ago, even with the third game in development, maybe it’ll come one day, maybe it won’t.

 

At this point, Microsoft’s lack of exclusives is beyond a joke, and any excuse they offer, I’ll wipe my arse with.

Getting San Andreas to work was a full days work. First it took many hours to appear in the store. When it did I couldn't download it. After I could download it said that I have to either buy it from the store or put the disc in. I downloaded it again after trying everything else and then it finally launched. I don't even know if this version is worth it, but I guess I have to finish those achievements.

 

If there is still those who can't download it - try to set your country as Germany and it should show in the store. After you have downloaded it you can change it back and it should work. Though I won't guarantee it.

It's a cruel trade off isn't it? I love my XB1 for being able to play 360 classics. If it wasn't for that I wouldn't be able to play my beloved GTA IV anymore, BUT the lack of quality exclusives hurts. Likewise I love my PS4 for exclusives, but there are so many great PS3 titles I would love to play again since my PS3 packed it in a couple of years back.

If it weren't for Pokemon games being on the Switch now, I'd buy a PS4.

But.... Pokemon > One game I'd actually play more than once(Spider-Man). Gotta get a Switch, once there's a good sale.

Marvel's just being douchebags there, they'd make more money if Spider-Man was on Xbox and PC.

I think someone might of mentioned this already, but apparently there is rumours of a new Elite Controller coming out. I bought the original when it first came out, and I would say it's one of the best purchases I've made. I read it will have:

• 3 profile switches
• 3 trigger stop settings 
• USB -C port for charging and an included battery back (about time) 
• And a carry case that charges on the move (no use to me what so ever)
