But my 22 year old ass is so f*cking stoked for the Minecraft stuff. Shaders on console is something I've wanted as a builder for so long. I can't wait to see my builds in that.

Servers and cross platform play is cool too, but I want those shaders.

 

Also Life is Strange is gonna kill me again.. and I can't wait.

State of Decay 2 and Sea of Thieves are also welcome.

Same with PUBG

Anthem looks like what Andromeda should have been. Big focus on exploration and such; but really this won't be like Destiny if they manage to stick their signature flair into it with a well constructed world and an interesting story. That will make it a true killer app

I hope you're right. It's the concept that pushes me away on principle, I simply can't get excited for another game like this, but if they manage to pull it off, great. It's just that I'm really getting the TOR flashbacks already and wish Bioware would rather stick to their guns. And, of course, I'm still super salty about how the management buried Andromeda, a game that needed and deserved far more love and care during the development than it got.

Getting to play Scarface for the very first time will be awesome, assuming it gets on the list of games. I've never got to play it but I see people hear saying good things about it all the time.

 

Still waiting for Saints Row 1-3 on BC though..... GEEZ! f*ck IV, whose idea was it to give THAT game BC when the enhanced version was out there? That was stupid as hell!

EDIT 2: Ah.. OK so Rare Replay is a series of individual games separate under that name not just a a game collection contained within one game. That's why all these games just keep queuing to download.

They are giving me a bunch of stuff. I got Rare Replay and two other games. One called No Time To Explain. The other called The Final Station. Not sure if I'll get to them but pretty neat.

 

Already had rare replay but it's physical and I'm kinda happy to have them digitally now.

Getting a bunch of indie games and a ton of DLC for games I honestly don't have. I'm just happy I finally have Rare Replay as I've been wanting it but never wanted to pull the trigger on it.

Yeah and I went and bought original Xbox games cause I saw them cheap in CEX with the mind to go buy an original Xbox. So, thankfully I have Scarface, San Andreas, The Warriors and a few others. I'm actually really excited for the 1X. More than upgrading from 360 to One.

 

This leap from One to 1X and getting a 4K TV will be that giant leap I felt going from analogue TV and original Xbox and PS2 to HDTV and Xbox 360. Going to be great!

Yeah sorry, I thought they had CEX in the US too.

 

But yeah the 1X just seems like an absolute no-brainer at this stage. Ironically when Microsoft shot themselves in the foot with the DRM thing, PS4 took over with their appeal to the gamer. 1X will have way more gaming with all the BC. 1X and even Xbox One is the actually better gaming console when aside from exclusives for gamers. Just watched a vid where guy mentioned that from April 2016 to April 2017 PS4 released 13 AAA titles free with their subscription service and Xbox a whopping 23 titles. I always thought that PS4 is better in terms of power and exclusives but I don't care for exclusives any more, also less than 10% of customers actually buy exclusives and also thought that PS4 might be the better gaming experience. I don't think so at all now. I've fully confidence restored in Microsoft. Anyway, not sound like a fanboy or bring up such fanboy conversation but there was a dark time there to be an Xbox fan but that's totally changed.

It really started to happen when Spencer took over.

 

The older guy, mattrick, resembles Layden from Sony and I don't feel personal to them or appealing. Spencer just feels like any normal Joe shmoe gamer.

 

If Spencer was in control from the get go, it would've done a lot better, but it is now, so fug'em. Lol

As much as I game, I never gave a crap about anyone who developed anything personally until Phil Spencer came around. He is just 150% genuine about what he's selling and you can tell he has a huge passion for it. So relatable, I love him.

MS has definitely improved 110% from the reconstruction they did after the One reveal. It's a real shame people still believe corporate goofs like Don Mattrick and Adam Orth are still within the company.

It's funny seeing how Sony fanboys react to the Xbox One X. Especially when games are in 30FPS because of the PS4 version. In the opposite scenario, such as back in the early days, they'd talk about how the "Xbone is holding games back from greatness". Now they say "Why bother putting in the extra effort for the less popular system". Gotta love the hypocrisy.

Sitting here watching tv and the xbox tells me I'm out of space and do I want to continue the install on my external drive. I say yes.

 

Then I'm like "what's installing"? All I did was come home "hey Cortana turn on the xbox" "hey Cortana watch CNN".

 

It is installing every game from the xbox game pass. Holy crap.
