Yeah, it said maybe a week before the actual rollout. At least I'm in the dash preview program though. I did the whole op - in and now I just have to wait for the first rollout.

360 finally got an update to have an activity feed, and see what exactly your friends are doing on Xbox One. So now if you have a 360 but not One, you can feel jealous and be forced to buy one.

360 also got 2 GB cloud storage and accept terms and conditions for places that had terms and conditions on their internet network like hotels. Its great to see Microsoft still support the 360.

Activity feed is a little ugly on the 360, but at least it's there.

 

Edit: I guess there was another Walkthrough on youtube of the preview build. Here it is if you haven't seen it. I personally think it looks amazing and the speed of the new snap bar is f*cking great. I really can't wait.

Can someone tell me how I can upload my XB1 clips to youtube?

 

The is no direct way to do it from the console. You need to save it to your One Drive first, download it and then upload it to YouTube on your PC.

If you have the Youtube app and are signed in, apparently you can.

huh.. did not know that. They should integrate into the share options.

I haven't done it myself so I can't say for certain, but Google have a support doc for it so you'd have to imagine it would be legit.

 

Anyway, added various methods for uploading videos to the OP.

Yeah. You just open up the YT app on your console and hit X and then 'upload'. It will have all of your recorded clips. Just pick the one you want to and upload.

I just used the Xbox App on windows 10 after I upload my clips, then do what I want with them on the PC. Pretty simple.

 

Straight upload to YouTube is nice, though.

I'm still unsure of how to do this. I can't find the option to download photos or videos in the app.

Its in the side menu, the icon that looks like film with a controller on it. You go in there and go on the "shared" tab and everything that's on your xbox should be there to download, delete or rename.

Thanks, I was thinking that area was only for the PC game DVR, but then I saw the Shared tab and derped hard.

Got my lunar controller today. It looks really good, much better then the camo controllers.

Anyone ever have any problems with their D-Pad? The Up on my d-pad is messed up, when i play GTA I push up to zoom in with the sniper rifle and bring up the phone but I have to push it super hard to get it to work. I changed the controller out testing to see if it was the game being stupid from the update, but the second controller worked fine.

I usually just swap out controllers at Walmart anyways lol Especially since I have a glossy one I won when I won my Xbox One.

Its on my newest controller, the blue special forces one, so it shouldn't be worn out quite yet. That thought did cross my mind though, to just swap it with another after buying a new one at the Walmart. It would be Microsoft that takes the loss anyway. It is after all an obvious defective controller.

 

E: I don't know why I called it "The Walmart". Sounded like an old man.

 

E2: Fuuuck, looks like the blue controller is a Best Buy exclusive controller, no swapping it out at Walmart.

What I did was buy the screwdriver to open the controller, swap the cases.

 

Profit.

 

 

Walmart doesn't check for the broken serial stickers anyways. I've returned lots of things to them, even a resealed Xbox game. lol

Good idea. I was gonna try and take it apart to check the motherboard but i dont have the right size star screwdriver. LOL. I am just using the original controller and my titanfall controller in the meantime.
