I'd much rather have Black Ops/World at War* than Black Ops 2, if we absolutely must have a COD game leading the fore. Alas.

 

*Admittedly both are ranked quite highly anyway.

 

Having perused the list, I'm somewhat surprised at how highly placed Halo Wars is.

Yeah, from what it sounds like, the only games that will not be backward compatible, are those that publishers have issues with. The only reasons I see publishers having issues with this is rights issues. Like if a publisher made a game for 360, with a certain franchise, and then another publisher obtained the rights to that franchise and is currently making games with that franchise. Otherwise, I wouldn't see an issue. Maybe they are petty enough to not allow older games in a franchise just to try to bolster the new games' sales. But I don't see many publishers having a problem, especially when they can earn off of digital downloads.

The only thing I'm considering going back and replaying with B.C. is Bioshock: Infinate. I never got around to finishing it. Pretty cool game for the most part. Love those settings and old time sounds/music in games. But with MGSV: PP, Uncharted 4/ Nathan Drake collection, AC: Snydicate, COD Black Ops 3. Too many games coming out in the near future to get me involved in some old 360 games I've most likely already completed. Not to mention I still need to finish The Witcher 3, Bloodborne, The Evil Within (super tough sometimes), and AC Black Flag - (which I'm currently playing and loving).

 

Oh, I guess there is one more game I would consider going back and completing. The original Resident Evil. But then again I bought the HD version on PS4 and it wasn't even a 360 game, I'm pretty sure it was PS1 and Gamecube. Not that I'm raining on anyone else's parade, to each there own of course. I just can't get pumped for B.C. on X1 or even PS4's PS Now feature for that matter (which is just a crap rental service anyways). But B.C. is way better option/feature than the PS Now service, and it ain't even close.

Deep Silver has the rights. THQ doesn't even exist anymore.

I actually wanted to play GZ but couldn't justify the price based on how sort I read that it was.
