I don't remember there being a problem with the 360s disc drive besides regular wear and tear.

 

Anyway, besides the launch Xbox Ones that would grind when you put in a disc, I haven't heard of anything bad either.

So I decided to make a custom wallpaper cuz I'm a Yankee fan. It fits nicely while watching some Fall Classic. Go Kansas City!

 

 

Edit: I'm thinking I might add a "scoreboard" background to compliment the Pins, Home, Friends, Featured and Friends text.

Nice work.. I had an idea of placing dirt ramps on the top of each pin and have some motocross dudes jumping between them. Haven't messed around with any custom bg's yet though.

Thanks. I was pretty picky about the Yankee one I made, because I wanted to use some of the ones posted below, but the tiles just blocked everything out. There was no point in using those. What they need now is a transparent option for the tiles.

I think the tile color is still in the Friends -> my profile -> colors area.

sh*t is still moving all over the place. I like how when you set a background they tell you to go to 'my xbox' to set a background.

 

I haven't looked to see if they adjusted the 'bio' feature yet, but when I checked it out the other day it only gave you one line to type on.

I've been loving Microsoft's frequent release of updates but everyday I am running into more bugs with the most recent update. Just skimming threw Xbox Support I see that many others are experiencing frequent lagging and freezing.

 

I really hope that the next update is coming soon because this is getting pretty frustrating.

I pre-ordered the Master Chief Collection... It's 47 gigs! My ISP is gonna wonder what the hell I am doing cause I pre ordered and downloaded Advanced Warfare also and it was 48 gigs. That's Almost 100 gigs worth of data in just a couple of days.

 

Edit: I wonder if we will be able to pre download GTAV, cause if a bunch of people tries to download that at the same time on the 18th, that is going to be a huge pain in the ass.

Ya I'm having the same problem. I choose my class preferences and go to go into a game and I just get a endless loading screen.

 

Really hope they fix this asap considering the alpha is set to only be available a couple days.

Near enough the same but I actually got into a game. I'm not really impressed by it, just seems like a lost planet clone that lets you play as the monster to me.

By the way, the November GWG is indie arcade crap again on Xbox One. The 360 has Viva Piñata and Red Faction.

After downloading Advanced Warfare, I now only have 60GB left on my Xbox One so it looks like I'm going to have to buy a hard drive dangle from a USB port.

 

Is anyone currently using 3rd party storage for their Xbox One and have any recommendations?

I'm really like the trending suggestions on the TV app. Sometimes I don't know what to watch and it gives an option to search twitter and locale trends. I finally got my capture device working an bypassing the HDCP. Time for some Beetlejuice.

OT: I really hope we start getting some decent games for GWG. It kinda annoys me that the 360 is getting more games. IMO they should be rewarding the early adopters for staying/moving to their console brand early on.
