I like how the media player and my tablet can work together. Can stream my pictures/music/videis right from it to the One.

 

Now its turning more into an all-in-one system, which I prefer over having a minimal upgrade to graphics that the ps4 gives.

Help me and my laziness. How can I do this? I tried to guess at it the other night and I'm too lazy to try and look it up.

Help me and my laziness. How can I do this? I tried to guess at it the other night and I'm too lazy to try and look it up. I just installed the media player, and my tablet has this option "PlayTo". You turn it on and it detects my system. Which then you go into what you want being played through the One and it'll just pop up on the screen.

 

Kind of how the 360 and Windows media share worked wirelessly.

Looks like MKV support is coming in October. Sooner than "later this year".

Decision made! I'll just get the COD Xbox One, already have the money and everything.

 

First three games will be COD AW, Sunset Overdrive and Halo MCC. That's better than the first few games I got for the 360.

I got the friends tab today. Not that exciting but whatever. I need .mkv soon (haven't cheked to see if my current preview build has it) because all the movies I have queued up are .mkv and I'd rather wait then deal with the hassle of converting them.

Oh my super sweetness! My media player now has network support and it works great with my NAS. Oh and...yup....mkv is working too.

To this day, I have no clue how Minecraft has such an enormous following. It literally looks like the dumbest game ever. Looks like a game from the 80's or 90's with that art style. I have no clue how so many people can be obsessed with that game.

Sunset Overdrive is getting a season pass.

Count me uninterested. Still don't know how people are excited for that game. Looks terrible and cheesy. Gameplay seems incredibly boring and repetitive. Not much of a story... Ugh. We need better exclusives badly.

Its pretty fun. Just to roam around and build sh*t and survive. I bought the mobile version just to throw pigs in a cart and launch them into a lava pit with a ramp. Totally worth the $6.

I just googled gamefly, damn I wish we had that here in Australia, I haven't even found a blockbuster that is renting Xbox one games yet

I have those as well, but they don't have Xbox One games. They have PS4 games and games from last generation consoles, but NO XBOX ONE!

I say the same thing about TitanFall and Destiny, they just don't interest me in anyway. To each his own. Sunset Overdrive just looks like a different kind of game and different always interests me.

yeah we do still have blockbuster lol, I heard on the radio the other day that we pay a lot more for digital movie rentals here, so that might be why blockbuster is still in business lol. I've seen those kiosk things, but I think they just have DVDs and bluerays.

I think it would be useful if we can use our tablets as the snap menu.

 

Considering we will be able to stream tv to them, why not the Snap?

I haven't used my tablet at all for my gaming needs other than the SmartGlass app but even then I haven't fully explored it. But isn't there a way to snap with your tablet through Smartglass? I'm not sure but I thought there was.. may be wrong though.

 

Anyone ever tried the commander on their tablet from BF4? Wondering how effective or good it is? I've bought a tablet and don't even use it really.. just trying to find some stuff I can use it for.
