Crytek had better up their game by a helluva lot for Ryse 2. Ryse: Son of Rome is probably one of the most disappointing games I've ever played and the first one in a while that has managed to top The Force Unleashed 2 in terms of disappointment.

Surely they have to do so around the same time. I'm not really hurting for space yet but that might change with things like that.

They already did last month, they're working on it for the next update or so. Just not sure how much is allotted.

The graphics were amazing. It just was the that entire game relied on QTE's and repetitive gameplay.

I thought it was pretty good, played it through and some online. Don't see how it was a disappointment, even though it wasn't a blockbuster hit.

 

 

Pretty on the surface, but no substance. Bland main character, with few of the supporting characters being any better. The plot came across as written by someone who had a middling interest in Ancient Rome, with a hard on for the God of War franchise and didn't really even come close on either front. The gameplay was incredibly dull and repetitive, with so many QTEs that the FFXIII-2 dev team probably would have fallen in love with the game if any of them had played it. The few interesting gameplay elements that could be found playing Ryse: Son of Rome, showed up two or three times at most.

 

There's two ways I can sum it up. 1) It was an incredibly bad God of War clone or 2) It was a tech demo to show off the Xbone's capabilities. I suppose expecting anything more than that from Crytek of all people makes me the fool.

I too enjoyed Ryse. I was late to the game because everyone was selling it as a button mashing QTE experience. I was surprised with how much I enjoyed it.

MHMMMMMMMM! Hopefully this turns out to be true.

 

I'm using Bing.com to get rewards (pm for details), and so far got $15 on xbox. So I'll keep using it until these games come out and basically get the download content for free!

I doubt that , it would be Microsoft announcing their project or exclusive stuff , I doubt Dan or Sam Houser would go on stage XD

I doubt Take Two will allow exclusive titles anymore.

 

Agent is either dead or being developed for next gen console(s).

Until we get info on Agent, which probably won't happen till 2055, we'll never know. If it's an exclusive, then can't do nothing about it and it's another great exclusive on the PS4, if it's multi-platform, even better news and both can enjoy the game.

Come Tuesday if I do get one, I'll be glad to be back into the Xbox ecosystem. Been a few years since I got rid of my 360.

 

As for Agent, well by 2069 - when it might finally get released - there will be whole new consoles out.

 

I hope there's some good exclusives/games on both platforms announced at E3 this year. These consoles really need some games right now.

Thanks for posting those!

 

I just recently, in the last week or so, started looking more in Xbox One exclusives. Looked at both Quantum Break and Sunset Overdrive. I'm definetly going to keep an eye on these two, especially Sunset Overdrive.

 

Hopefully at E3 this year, Xbone gets some good exclusives announced in addition to more news about the above mentioned games.
