I'd say Bungie, but 343 do the game justice IMO. Great devs there.

 

Also, if RE7 is an Xbox One exclusive I will sh*t myself. Especially since its goings back to a horror game instead of an action one.

That's an unfair question.

 

Bungie has made over 4 Halo titles while 343i only made two; Halo 4 and Halo Spartan Assault(Halo:CEA doesn't count).

Halo 2 was good but the SP was quite short. Halo 3 was my favourite though mainly because of the multiplayer. Around this time Xbox Live was kind of in its golden age as everyone had a mic and there weren't as many squeakers.This was before avatars and adverts being placed all over the dash. I'm getting nostalgic thinking about all the good times with custom games and competitive playlists. Reach was a superb game but the MP wasn't to my taste Still a fun experience with friends though. Halo 4 MP killed it for me as I don't like loadouts or sprint being in Halo. Also I never understood why 343 didn't do a "Bungie favourites" on the MP? That was where I discovered some pretty epic custom games. Bus stop kids, fat kid runs, duck hunt, garbage boy lol. The list goes on. Honestly, I think Halo has had its day and no new game will ever return the feel of what Halo 3 was like in its prime

I'm planning to get an Xbox One sometime within the next few months so I'll own both consoles and enjoy all the games. When I get one, which exclusive should I get: Dead Rising 3, Forza Motorsport 5, or Ryse: Son of Rome?

 

I don't play multiplayer shooters, so I have little interest in Titanfall.

I'd have to say dead rising 3 the others are a bit mediocre deffently not ryse looks pretty but that's about it.

I would have to agree. Dead Rising 3 is probably your best choice. I think Ryse will be one of those games that goes on sale all the time here down the road. Now if the Forza 5 season pass gets you everything, everything meaning all cars and tracks the game has to offer than I would consider the Forza route. I still can't get a straight answer though online if the season pass does get you everything or not. I will look around today to see what all the pass entails, I will update when I find out.

Okay, the season pass does get you all the cars, but with a catch. It unlocks the car, but you still have to use in game credits to purchase them. It does not include tracks. I'm not even sure if they have extra tracks yet. The VIP membership gives you 2x level up instead of just regular.

 

I'm still not getting this game. It sounds like alot of hours of endless racing that doens't really pay off at the end. Sorry Forza, I just can't make that kind of commitment.

Yes, it's owned by a multibillion dollar company that is willing to pay ridiculous amounts of money to bring exclusive games. We just have to wait til E3 to see what they are.

Phil Spencer is the man, though. Hopefully he starts making them have "media" placed second in priorities for Xbox, and the games first. He said he will, let's hope he keeps his word.

Watch Angry Joe's interview with him, and you'll see. He also told people to get an Xbox 360 if you aren't happy with the One. Like, dayum! What a way to talk to your customers, eh? But yeah, I guess everyone is to blame for the PR disaster.

Can you blame Major Nelson for Angry Joe's interview though? It's his job to make the console look good, it's his job, he's going to defend it. You can't blame a man for doing his job. You should just invest in gamefly. $30 a month can get you 3 games out, well worth it instead of buying a game here and there. If you want I can refer you, get us both a month free

I've thought about gamefly, but I think I'm too sporadic with my available game time and whatnot for it to really pay off. I also have a weird habit of replaying though opening sequences of games and I think I would miss that.

The X1 has better exclusive games imo. I have a PS4, but I enjoy Forza 5, Powerstar Golf, Dead Rising 3, Titanfall, and Killer Instinct better than anything out on the ps4 currently. I actually enjoy Ryse more than Killzone, although im probably in the minority in that one. I haven't turned my PS4 on in weeks. That will change though when The Show comes out.

 

The snap feature is pretty cool too imo. It's great being able to snap NFL or NBA to the side of the screen while I mess around on Powerstar Golf.

And to add to the ZB, even if I think people don't need to hear me bring up the whole voice commands thing but... Being able to voice switch between game playing and TV watching in an instant is a pretty nice luxury. I honestly don't think people understand what that is until they live it.
