I don't think you can use the RC Bandito during I/E missions.

But you can use any other arena vehicle with EMP mines. Just drive past the I/E car when it's about to start driving / is driving, place an EMP mine in front of it and kill the driver. That'll do like $1500 of damage to the car, but it's quicker than sniping the driver out from a distance (without triggering the chase), which is the traditional "smart" approach. Probably not worth it to get an arena vehicle just for that, but if you got one anyway...

Hey thanks!  What is the cheapest AW’s vehicle I could equip with emp’s?  Thanks

They can all have mines except for the Deathbike.

The Dominator would be the cheapest if you consider base price + upgrade, but it has this weird weight on the back that you have to drop to go faster.

The Issi is my favorite and it's pretty cheap, as is the Impaler, of which you can create pretty clean builds, either the Future Shock version for a lowrider-looking car, or the Nightmare version to get fat colorable drag tires. (Apocalypse Impaler has rusted parts that can't be removed. They are blue metal on the basic Nightmare version. Other Nightmare vehicles usually have multi-color parts, but the Impaler in its most clean version can be made to have only blue parts.)

The Sasquatch is more expensive, but it's a monster truck, so pretty cool. The Imperator is even more expensive but can be turned into the cleanest looking car out of all them.

They can all go very fast in a straight line with 100% boost/nitros; even the Issi has supercar-like top speed. The ZR380 would be the quickest overall but you cannot make a clean build out of it, because it always comes with either armor plating (Apo/Nm) or spikes (FS).

If you do NOT plan to put armor plating on the car after upgrade, then make sure you add 100% Armor before upgrading. If you plan to put armor plates then it doesn't matter.

You can check the wiki to see pictures of the different vehicles including possible modifications: https://gta.fandom.com/wiki/GTA_Online:_Arena_War#Vehicles

Its true that the idea that Hunters (or any aircraft for that matter) can fight against the MkII is greatly over-exaggerated now that the Savage has been fixed. The MkII will eat them all for breakfast or just lock the two players in a perpetual missile dance.

Back in the day we used to call beer a can of "Instant Asshole" because some people it has that effect on.  Just like the MK II Oppressor.

Imagine an HD era Vice City hidden package feature like the "Flying Rats" but you gotta shoot 500 2x2 pixel Oppressor mosquitos in a 4K resolution that are giving people viruses.

Unlike the Flying Rats where the birds are stationary, these mosquitoes will fly in a very inconsistent pattern like those tryhards and you won't be able to use auto-aim against them.

You know, I thought you guys were just being little whiny babies about it, but its been two days now in public lobbies (normally only do Invite-Only), and JESUS f*ck!  Those little pussy bitches really are horrible.  There's at least two or three in every lobby now....and most of them just go around blowing everyone up.

There was one who blew me up like 8 times, so I sent him a message about him being a little puss who has to use that - so he invited me up to him without his oppressor, AND THEN INSTANTLY WENT ONTO IT AND KILLED ME SOME MORE.  To be honest, I should have known better...once a bitch, always a bitch.

Most Mk2 riders are brain-dead or mega tryhards. And by mega tryhards, I mean EWOing whenever a lock-on is heard.

They hover over the EWO option whilst spamming the fire button. The moment they hear a lock-on, they select EWO. Request Mk2 again, rinse, repeat.

How is this even remotely fun or skillful? Seriously, the amount of times I've seen 2 or 3 nutjobs go at each other with their Mk2, only to EWO every single time is unfathomable.

They never get to actually get a kill on each other, because they're always suiciding the instant they hear a lock-on. After 20 minutes of battling, they still have no kills. It's borderline insanity. And they actually find it fun!

^^^ See what I mean? Most of them are brain-dead and don't know what they're doing. It's just charge at anything with no afterthought, caution, or preparation.

Most of them don't know how to use countermeasures, either. On top of that, they tend to underestimate the power of some weaponized vehicles that can be quite effective against the Mk2, such as the FL Ruiner 2000.

Trust me, I've had Mk2 after Mk2 come at me as I'm in my FL Ruiner 2000, only to realize why they can't lock onto me, and they get blasted out of the air. Then they message me "What car is that?".

You can't fix stupid. Only very few Mk2 riders know what they're doing most of the time and know how to effectively use countermeasures. Also, very few suicide at every lock-on sound.

I'm kinda pondering upon an actual serious question. Are some of them mentally ill?

I ran into someone today, in a lobby of five players. Everybody was passive inside the Casino, on their own. But this person?

[ambient explosions]

player died.

[about 10 minutes of rocket spam and nonstop NPC killing]

player has chosen the easy way out.

[not even 30s of activity]

player has chosen the easy way out. (x4)

player has registered as an MC President.

player left.

I could've sworn this person was acting suicidal.

Exatly Arrows to Athens, i dealth with many Mk2"s. I recently killed Saintsfan (the scumbag youtuber) he dosent use any heli, any armored vehicle, just a piece of crap of opressor mk2 as a shield vehicle which meant hes a brain-dead also. (As me i use nightshark aganist attacking Opressors). As i approach i killed him with car then he killed another player and run away.

Soon i attack him again with Terrabyte and he killed my friend who is near me and run away, i could not chase him with Stromberg in center of city so i called my Mk2 and as i start shot he jumps out and he called me nerd and then he rage quited out from session. Seriosly, kill innocent players with mk2 and then run away!??? This is embarrasing.

Every session i entered anyone uses goodamn Opressors.

About ruiner 2000, everyone reports me and saying im modding and telling me to f.ck off. I personality use Opressor Mk2 as a fast transport vehicle sometime but i use Buzzard most of times.

I might have found a new way to humiliate artless Mk2 riders of the scumbag variety. This technique takes at least a few minutes, but it worked 3 out of the 4 times I tried it so far.

In a Starling, boost up to near the altitude ceiling and then fly over to the point on the map where your vile Mk2 target is hanging out near the ground. Then simply follow them around, performing direction-switching loops and so on so that it seems on their radar that you're trailing them closely. This usually really annoys them, and after a while they will figure out that you're much higher up than they are. Be persistent, coax them and eventually they will climb higher and higher until they are near the 8000ft level where you are. Once they are near enough to try to lock on to you, boost the Starling and get the hell out of there. Get as low and as far away as you can.

The Mk2 can't descend quickly, so the target is then all alone at high altitude. More often than not they won't have the attention span to fly down on the Mk2 from that height, so they will jump off. This will destroy their MK2 at their own cost, trigger a wanted level (if they don't have one already) and they're forced to parachute down - and then they're a ground target that can be picked off. This works even better if you're coordinating your moves with another player on the ground, ready to take them out when they drop down.

I know it's a lot of work for one scummy broom-head, but it's worth a try if you have a few empty minutes in the game and want to really mess with them. They do not like it!

Decent plan, but I foresee it going this way instead: get up to altitude, realize nobody is there. EWO, spawn on ground, and call MKII before the first one even had a chance to start falling.

Now they're back on the street with a brand new bike.

Yes, there's a risk of that happening for sure but I haven't seen it happen yet.  (As of now I've only tried it 5 times though, so it's hardly scientific lol)

There's also the risk that one of those cretins will have mastered the 'speed glitch' and can ride their Mk2 down quite quickly, but again I haven't seen it.

I think it goes to show just how a lot of Mk2 types 'in the wild' really are seemingly bereft of even basic skills and thinking abilities. I'm not sure their real-life prospects are all that great.

I used to play BF 1942 on line.  In that game if a teammate killed you you could type FTK which meant “forgive team kill”. We don’t have teams in gta free roam but maybe they could install a feature like “FGK” or “ forgive grief kill” which would eliminate the insurance cost and add towards the KD ratio like normal. In other words people just battling each other and having fun.

But if the person in the MKII is not forgiven they lose their personal vehicles for 10 mins, pay double the insurance and the kill counts 2 against their KD.

Puts them at the mercy of the people they want to harass and grief.

When the pilot jumps off a MKII and parachutes down, the bike is not destroyed and it doesn't trigger a wanted level. Sorry.

I don't understand why they made the Heavy MG unable to lock onto the seriously OP MKII. Is this still a thing? WHY?!?

Oh, I didn't know that! I just assumed that from a height the MKII is destroyed when it hits the ground if the rider / pilot bails out, just like any other flying vehicle.

Yet another reason why this evil thing is so completely incongruous in a game like this. It would be like putting an Akula in RDR2.

I'm surprised the Akula never got the reputation of a griefer tool. It's super cheap to get kills with it.

The Akula's not really OP in my view. In the GTAO world it feels reasonably balanced to me.

It's great for sneaking around, and if you want to target a specific player then it can buy you the time to wait for the right moment to get them when they don't expect it.

For the average griefer / MKII enthusiast, I'm not sure they have the patience to get into that nuanced style of playing.

Also, unless you're an exceptional player then it can be a bit of a clumsy helicopter to fly, the weapons don't seem great and you're something of a sitting duck once you give your position away.

I'm minding my own business climbing up Mt Chiliad with my Patriot Monster Truck and this DB on a MKII apparently crossed the entire map to blow me up for God only knows why.  So I got mine and showed him any IDIOT can get a kill with one of these things.  Sorry, your counter measures only work on the first 2 or 3 missiles but I have 20.  What an absolute idiotic addition to the game.
