Oppressor hate and ridicule thread

They really need to get rid of the insurance charges...Lost 100k because of that yesterday while another MC player was doing Stand Your Ground, so I couldn't fire up my own VIP work to avoid the charges.

Just the way R* and T2 like it, anything to whittle down our earnings in game. I dropped 40k last night, it was funny though, I lured them into a proxy trap in a tunnel, then shot them off the bike a couple times, and wrapped up by baiting them into another trap with sticky in the alley next to my office.

 

It's why I try to run them down or shoot them if possible. The likes of HappyHunter, shokkerz, dangerzone etc must have dropped a fortune on insurance from using Savages and Jets against them.

If a player attacks you the system should consider fair for us to blow their vehicles - The code is already there, when it notices someone is fighting and brings up deathmatch scores

I was gently stunting and taking screenies on Zancudo runways with a friend, looking for a new screensaver.

 

 

I got attacked and killed by a dude in his Savage, while my partner was on a U turn to make another shot.

Without any sort of warning, I was not even carrying a weapon.

 

 

So, we went double Hydra.

 

My buddy killed him in his Savage.

He was then hiding like a rat at the entrance of a subway station, on top of his ugly bike which he spawned from the deeper bowels of Hell, hoping to escape a strafe from my own Hydra this time.

It's why I try to run them down or shoot them if possible. The likes of HappyHunter, shokkerz, dangerzone etc must have dropped a fortune on insurance from using Savages and Jets against them.

 

Oh I've gone through a huge amount. I activate VIP work when possible, but that's not always an option.

 

I also try to smack them with my aircraft when I can, or chop them up with helicopter blades. With the Savage though, you kind of have to just take your opportunity to kill it when it shows itself - can't afford to be picky over how you kill it. Which is a shame.

 

With chaff, I should be able to use the Hunter to just plough into them, hopefully.

Maybe we can try a Nokota with chaff and shoot them off with the guns, should work quite well. My own experience of being killed off my oppressor by a pro oppressor hunter suggests incendiary rounds on a MG mk II is best. You can't fly an oppressor long while you are on fire.

Finally managed to nail one of these broomstick bastards with my Rogue's propeller:

 

 

I mostly use my Pyro for Oppressor hunting, and my Rogue is more of a stunting aircraft (hence the smoke trail and lack of rocket pods,) so I thought I'd struggle against one without having proper countermeasures. Was praying on nailing the rider with the gun pods, but I'm glad that the propeller ate him instead.

600.000$ in 1,5h is my record in opressor killing and suprisingly I was sent to badsports afterwards.

While I do hate this bikes reputation, im buying it for fast travel and stunts. no way in hell am i putting any disgusting, cancerous spam missiles on it. I wish it didnt have any available weapons. Heck I wish I could take the machine guns and insurance off of it and allow drive by weaponry instead which would take skill to use on a fast moving, gliding bike.

It is not the bike I hate (because it is quite fun), but some of the player base I do lol,

anyway I hunted a oppressor griefer earlier I spawned into my office and wanted to join Motor wars on quick job so went to the roof to get the option to start it, the game was finding me a job to join when I saw the same guy get killed multiple times by one person who was on his oppressor they were right under me so I waited for the oppressor rider to start a attack run on his victim and explosive sniped him as he flew towards him. Burning parts of bike and ex player landed next to the poor guy who was getting griefed, he thanked me on chat but the griefer was persistent and had pulled his rpg out and started firing towards me, so I sniped him again and wing suited to a lower roof close to where he had previously spawned and he must have called his bike because it was right below me so I chuck a sticky bomb on it and descended to ground level on the other side of the building. As predicted once he had spawned he made a b line to his bike and towards me so I let him get close and left my self exposed on the street as bait in a way, waited till the perfect point when he thought he had me and set the sticky off.

"He blames me of hacking so I said no I am not hacking you are just a bit stupid" some of the lobby laugh and he leaves. Just as the host starts the match and I get teleported away.

I do not think I got charged because he was a CEO but if I was 40k was worth it.

Been seeing a lot of them - I think they're just getting use out of them while they still can.

 

The Hunter - it'll take a while for everyone to catch on to using chaff against Oppressors, but once they do, it should be very effective against them. I can't really see any reason why it wouldn't.

So I partook in what I like to call Opressor-ception yesterday.

 

This dickhead was flying around the map killing everyone and everything on his Opressor. So I got out my Opressor, chased after him and kept locking onto him without ever actually firing a missile. He, being overly paranoid, decided to lock onto me.

 

Little did he know that I had my Interaction Menu up ready to press "Kill Yourself". I died and he paid $20,000 insurance without getting a kill. He didn't seem to get the picture, because I kept doing the same thing over and over again. He must have lost close to $200,000 by destroying my bike alone.

 

I retreated to my office, where I smugly messaged him, saying "suck sh#t :)". After which he left, presumably filthy at being trolled by yours truly.

A hunter was working with a oppressor yesterday which took me by surprise, I had jumped down to the street from my office roof (arcadious) and was looking on my phone to see what there was to do. Out of the blue I hear boom boom and see the bike on the map normally I am more aware of risks but I was distracted, so I ran for a set of covered steps opposite my Arcadious office It covers me on that run so he double backs to make a second run he glides past missing and I shoot him off his bike in the back with the combat mg.

I do not have time to celebrate because suddenly there is a rain of hell fire rockets and I am toast I re spawn and get instantly sniped by the oppressor rider who is now grounded and the Hunter is hovering obviously not attacking him just me. so I re spawn on the bridge over the free way and instantly go into run and hide mode, jumped onto the freeway under the bridge, I stay under the bridge taking pot shots at the hunter and manage to get it smoking, but the oppressor guy had re spawned his oppressor so I run into the tunnel network Laying traps down behind me, the hunter flew off presumably to pick up a different/new attack vehicle to continue there lame troll attempt and the stupid oppressor rider gets blown up in the tunnels trying to follow me

And I go about finding a job to join as I was before.

This thread is gold. Me and a few friends were assisting each other in a peace Public lobby. I got into an altercation with an Oppressor while assisting a friend in a source vehicle mission in my LF-22 Starling. He managed to kill my engine, but while going to bail out, my Starling body-slammed him and killed him instantly. Then upon respawning, I managed to snipe the jerk while he was taking off on his newly-repaired Oppressor. Afterwards, my two friends and I booted him from the session.
