Oppressor hate and ridicule thread

How can you people even see those tiny little things when you're in the air? I can never see them, just hear the beeping and then sometimes a flying bike will bounce off me.

Lock-on missiles before switching to canons, otherwise simply try to establish a link between what you see on the minimap and what's outside your cockpit.

 

They are not so hard to catch, even at night. Training makes the difference !

You're an idiot if you think there's any irony in that. Oppressor riders only have one motivation since the memebike was designed for one purpose; being a tryhard's griefing tool to easily destroy other players and CEOs trying to make cash, and at the benefit of being insta-spawnable.

 

The jets and helicopters we used to target these griefers have no insurance, can only be spawned at far-away locations, and actually require skill to be used to their fullest potential.

 

I'm sure that you were one of our many victims who thought they controlled the session on their broomstick, that's what most people who bitch on this thread about us turn out to be anyway.

I caught a random trying to set mine on fire with a Jerry Can earlier (I'd just finished a Biker Sell mission, had used it to get there faster - can't spawn the Buzzard as an MC sadly).

 

I kind of wish I'd let him. I just bumped into him, shot him in a spur of the moment reaction. But now I feel like I should have made my character do a thumbs up gesture instead. Honourable guy, quite proud of him actually.

If you have an hangar w living quarters and a Buzzard you can spawn in there next to the chopper and if you have the Clubhouse at the Desert by route 68 even not signed up as MC you can call soecial vehicle - Buzzard and it will rezz 79 meters only from that Club on the hill, always, so sell that damm evil machine and use chpopers

My tactic is to fire my Hydra's lock-on rockets towards them and direct my cannon's fire on where the missiles are heading. I've showed it here.

Heres my video of the day. The chump I destroyed in the 2nd clip put a 9K bounty on me and sent me a super salty message. Hmm, maybe it was rude of me to ruin his fun of camp-sniping the MC on the coke lock-up across the river.

Not much to report, not a single oppressor spotted tonight. Last night I only saw the one & that was right when I was going to shut down for the night.

 

But I couldn't resist killing them once. Flattened them with my insurgent. Would have liked to carry on because they were just circling the city attacking anyone who was close, but it was late.

 

All nice vids using the jets n heli's, but the beauty of steam rollering them or shooting them off with my AP is that so far, I've only had one insurance bill. That was when the bike got stuck under my phantom and I dragged it down the street until it exploded.

This is mainly where my sympathies come from and why my feelings overall toward this thing are pretty negative. Yes, jets/choppers/apc/other weaponized stuff can destroy your cargo but aren't spawned right next to you lol

I just protected my yacht during another Piracy Prevention, he was trying to spot me and snipe me from the top of Mount Gordo.

He got betrayed by the headlight of his flying turd.

I could barely spot it from that distance since it's outside draw distance and it was deep in the night... but while zooming and with some luck/glitch/whatever, I caught a glimpse of its light. One explosive bullet and a couple of hacking accusations later, he rage quitted, leaving me enjoying my upcoming 30k in my hot tub.

 

Is it still considered hatred when it's just about self defense?

I love the way it's like he just pops at the end lol.

 

Chaff on a helicopter is a massive help against these little things. If even a Havok becomes lethal against them with it, the Hunter should absolutely crush these things with chaff.

 

Just got to use it at the right moments, when they're flipping around to try get you, etc.

Dealt with 2 last night. I just parked near one & they came for me as predicted. They were so damn cocky they just parked in the road & fired at me....or maybe its not cockyness, maybe they struggle to hit people from the air!

 

Anyway I returned fire with my AP, but the screen was shaking so much from explosions, hardly any rounds were landing, so I charged and crushed them against a wall. I killed them a couple more times in a similar way, but the 4th was my favorite. I parked next to my office at Lombank, tossed down a sticky at the side of my garage ramp and waited.

 

Sure enough they came after me. The landed and started firing, so I backed up a little and there rockets just kept harmlessly hitting the sign poles at the entrance to my garage. So they came forward of course...and I hit detonate I couldn't stop laughing for a couple of minutes. I wanted to renew my truck so I went into my office and returned it to storage. Then sent them a message simply saying....Lol nice try Harry Potter

 

I see them on the minimap acting suspicious, so I ducked out onto my roof and had a quick look, they were laying proxies and sticky all around my main entrance and my garage haha. I then realise it's later than I thought & I still needed to get my bunker sale done and flog a couple of cars, so having taught them a lesson & with them seeming extra mad, I sent another message...hope u didn't waste too many proxies, bye harry, 4-0

 

After I had done my sales things were quiet for most of the night. Until I see someone lurking outside, its a batmobile!! So I get onto my roof ledge and take aim, I thought my RPG was selected but it was the HL and with the lock givinme away, they boosted off.

 

A little later I see them with an oppressor, trying but failing to destroy an IE sale & then hassling someone who was doing the MC contract where you rob the lost MC. Hitting an NPC and being seen by cops, 4 cars ended up trapping me up against st the outside wall, and this player grabbed the chance to shoot me out of my Tropos. By the time I respawned, they had killed the MC player, stolen the loot, and boosted off to deliver it.

 

Game on. I collect my truck and race after them They start battering my truck with rockets, but I get close enough to toss a sticky which kills them. Next time I get close, they EWO. So I send a mugger and wait. They were respawned on the cliff near sandy airfield, so needed to climb down to get their bike.

 

I see the mugger chasing, catching them halfway down the cliff. I grab my chance and make a dash for them, throwing down a sticky just as they are picking themselves up & killing them. Then catching the mugger & pocketing a cool 10k meanwhile oppressor boy had spawned in passive.

 

So I head off, pulling up the map I catch a glimpse of the player list...is it? I pull it up again, yes it is!!...for the first time since the GR ban wave I'm seeing a level 8000, KD something like 2396572!! Not just an oppressor tryhard who messes with sales, but a cheat too, and a stupidly obvious one.

Just the one last night. I was just running to my car to go and spawn some npc cars, when someone hit me with an RPG. When I respawned they had called an oppressor....game on

 

I kill them a few times, and get a message that informs me I'm a "noob" they launch an unprovoked attack on me, I respond by killing them 3 times on the bounce, and that makes me a noob

 

They go passive and fly off when I go after them again. I break off and get back to what I was doing, but 20 mins later, I see them bugging players with their oppressor. So I go and pay them a visit. I kill them another couple of times, smashing them off their bike & reversing over their head, then blowing them up with a sticky when they called their custom hauler and were about to climb in.

 

At which point they respawned passive, sent me another message, trying to mock me for using "God mods" lol. I told them I never cheated, 'I'm just a lot better than you Harry Potter' keep making those excuses!!!

 

they then left the session....Oh so salty

Just one tonight. I was just parked up while I was reading an email on my tablet when they attacked me. So I chased them and they landed on a building to fire down at me. Not the best tactic because it took me 2 seconds to kill them with my AP pistol.

 

They sent a message telling me I was a noob...such a cliche for tryhards to call you a noob for killing them

 

Their next move was to kill themselves 7 times in a row. I see people spamming EWO as an admittance that they are crap & they know I'm better, even if they won't admit it to themselves.

 

Then they get their little meme mobile back and start spamming rockets. Their glide fails and as I was right behind them, they tried to hop over a low wall as they didnt have their boost back. They couldn't manage it and fell off, so I tossed a sticky and blew them and their bike up. Their corpse went spinning Into the air like someone doing a monster jumping jack.

 

I think they had a little meltdown at that point and started bombarding me with messages over the console, not within the game. I never read console messages unless they come from friends though. So I just deleted the 8-9 of them they sent, within just a few minutes!!!! without bothering to look at them and blocked them, because the constant notifications were irritating.

 

They had run back to their apartment in passive at this point, so I left to try out the cyclone.

I only had the joy of defending one of my associates that got locked and shot at by a lvl 400ish Harry Potter wannabe.

My friend bailed out, but Harry didn't.

 

He dodged my rocket with the very same ease my explosive rounds had with separating his bike from its wheels and its "pilot" from its soul.
