Need help for bomber plane

I have recently put the bombs on my cuban 800 and i begin to use them and i have some questions :

 

1 : What is the best bomb ? I mea nthe one if have the largest Area of effect ?

2 : Bomb drop is affect by the speed of the plane ?

3 : If we dive on the target it is possible to drop bombs ?

1: Supposedly cluster bombs, but testing shows that regular explosive bombs are the best.

2: Yes, the faster you are going the longer the distance between explosions.

3: No, you can only drop bombs if you're flying parallel to the ground (or with a very slight pitch).

Thanks , i have try with the missions if we need to destroy the base but my cuban have been full of hole after have destroy 50 % of the base

I prefer the Savage for that mission, but some have used their Weaponized Tampa for it.

I read that and was happy, but I re-read it and realized you were missing commas and now I'm sad.

The problem with bombing (from pre-WWI to the development to electronic targeting) is that to be accurate you needed to be low to the ground, which made it easier for your targets to shoot back at you. With practice you can get good with the bomb-camera or be able to dead-recon it.

Google dive bombing in gta online. Watched a yt-video that had some good tricks. So yes you can dive bomb as they did in ww2.

This is very good advice, I have never used the planes given to me by Ron, I have always chosen my own after i figure out what the mission is i then select the best plane for the job.

 

I have found the best aircraft to use when tailing the Titan and protecting it is the Savage Helo, Not only is it fast enough to keep up with the titan the explosive rounds deal with the buzzers in a quick manner just avoid hitting the titan in the meantime

Hmm the UK Google site doesn't return any YouTube video in the top results for bombs with that search string. Anyway, I had watched a video 'Tylarious' had made, but unfortunately it didn't really showcase how they did it in WW2 with much accuracy apart from 'coming from a high altitude in a dive'. In fact the way they did it in WW2 is pretty much impossible in GTA Online because of the angle of release limitation (dive bombers could often fly at and release bombs at 70-90 degrees negative pitch).

 

You can still be in a 50 degree dive and be able to drop bombs in GTA Online, so it's not really too far off, but "diving down and almost levelling out the plane before releasing the ordnance" is not dive-bombing in that sense, as the bomb is being released at an attitude which has less accuracy. With about 30 minutes practice in the Tula after having watched the US Navy's training video from 1943, I'm able to hit something like a stationary vehicle almost 100% of the time (as long as the situational environment permits that, so I'm not flying into buildings), and that sort of level of accuracy seems to be harder to achieve with normal 'straight and level flight' bombing because of the increase in the range of error.

how i do it is firstly only target players in open areas or in cars (not armoured vehicles)

 

for cars just fly above them and release , they will drive into the explosion.

 

for on foot players you'll need practice. i always release 1 bomb at the same altitude and angle each time, and know how far i need to be away from them. i also dive bomb slightly (40 deg)

 

for carpet bombing just fly slow and just release before you pass over the target, it should hit but you need to resupply too much.

Ironicly it is easier to take down a car than take down a base full of bad guy in thoose missions

Gas works, it's just not good enough to carry all the time.
